“Excellent to work with, hands down! Serenity was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with us, helped us with measurements, and explained the benefits of the material on the couch we selected. She also didn't hover and was readily available for any questions. Serenity explained the warranty and gave us some tips to remember. The delivery crew was amazing as well. They were careful, attentive, and nice. I would definitely come here again for furniture needs and highly recommend Serenity!”

“The experience we had at Van Wert Bedrooms was excellent. David our salesman explained to us about the king size mattress that we bought. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us on making a decision. We can't to get our king size bed.”
