I had the BEST experience with the Merkle team! They saved us a ton of money on both home and auto, their customer service team was patient and explained ALL of our choices and options and made this process so wonderful. State Farm dropped me, without any warning, they proceeded to tell me that it was their policy and no one would insure me but I'm glad they did it because they were giving me the run around since my Traumatic Brain Injury.
