They checked everything that would be relevant to their service and did not try to sell a bunch of items. I did not need. They did recommend a new air filter which I did purchase for them and they installed it. My overall experience with this location was excellent.”
“My son ordered tires for me from Walmart.com and had them delivered to the Walmart Super center in Van Wert Oh. There was a little confusion on the date to come in because they had a wrong phone number for me and I never got the text. But we set it up for another day, and they were on time getting to my car. And had all the work done in an hour. The lady at the check out had a bit of an issue with the paper work, but she fixed it promptly and was very kind in saying she was so sorry for holding me up. I hope they can keep the ones they have working there for a while. As all of the auto department people I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful.”
