Past few times they were supposed to be out to drop something off or pick it up and they were late by a couple of hours. This time however, they didnt even show up and no one thought to call to say they werent coming. This is definitely the last time i get anything from yall

Had a washer/dryer set with them.bought a new set elsewhere with cash and they didn't want to pickup old set until I threatened to leave it outside and they magically appear to get it that day.once went separate ways they charged my account twice and caused over draft fees to take place.went into store to get my money back and cashier at 1st lied saying they had 0 cash in store and then gave me attitude about having to give me cash from his drawer,never did get over draft fee back.but now this store is yet again trying to pull from my account and is claiming I need to make a payment when there is no longer and open account.next step for me is to get a lawyer involved.worst rac iv dealt with

Scratched our floor. That employee is no longer with them. They stated to me for months that they started a claim to get UT fixed....but they didn't. I sat in the store as they FINALLY filed the claim.....almost 6 months after they damaged our floors
