I have dealt with Tina about my account that originally started in the Urbana Store..SHE IS THE BEST!! She is very honest, upfront and pulls NO PUNCHES!! She communicates and listens to your communication as well and helps in every way she can possible!! I would buy from HER again.

I needed a car bad at the last minute and the 2 ladies working they're was doing they're best to get me in a car that day. And sure enough I was in a new car that day 😊 they deserve a raise both of them.

Tina, Kaylee, & Krysta are amazing. These 3 girls sat with me, listening to my wants and needs. They did not stop until they put me in the absolute perfect car for me! Very professional, very knowledgeable, & very helpful. I couldn’t have had a better experience. 10/10 recommend !

Superior Auto (Van Wert) WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! VAN WERT BRANCH BREACHES THEIR OWN CONTRACTS BY ENTER UR PROPERTY ! THEY DO A 1 DAY REPO LOL
MY SON HAS BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR 2 MONTHS NOW WHILE HE IS ON UNEMPLOYMENT.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM! THEIR CARS ARE JUNK ALSO! HE HAS NOTHING BUT COOLANT AND TRANNY ISSUES FROM THE JUMP!
The branch Manager Tina S is rude, unprofessional and highly disrespectful!
She removed his car plate and kept in her her possession.
She brought another employee with her to our property. There was no tow/repo company involved. No late fee either cuz it wasn't late lol
I feel for him , cuz he is at the mercy of unemployment and their payments don't come till Monday so I've been paying it!
She had the peace officer warn me for trespass just because I was having my son ilenforce their own contract!
This is a huge issue and ai would never want someone else to have to deal with what my son has health with. He was 1 day late starting from fri at 5pm till I came in at 11 am to pay but they already removed car at my home at 10:16 am

The service has been poor from management and from the team members. The gaslighting has been unreal and the ability to assist on the issues has left a strong distasteful experience.

Thank you for helping a hard working single mom get into a vehicle.
Peggy adopted the girls of her former foster daughter out of foster care.
She then took in her nephew who suddenly found himself a single father of a preschooler and a baby.
Together, with Peggy’s pre teen they became a family of 7 overnight.
In spite of being a working professional Peggy could not get a vehicle. She finally went to Superior in Van Wert where she prayed and hummed hymns while going through the process.
Superior and the Lord came through.
Peggy has a van that has just enough seats for her growing family.

Tina was such a big help for me today and helped me get my insurance straightened out and everything else that I needed taken care of. Truly an amazing accountant manager and she deserves a higher position due to her work ethic. Such an amazing woman and she helped me with so much and understood that I’m still young so it’s difficult to deal with car stuff:) i suggest talking to Tina if you’re interested in getting a car from here or need help with anything. Such an amazing woman!
