We drove about an hour to get here on a Saturday with only an hour to close. We had an idea of what we were looking for but had some questions. Fred was awesome. Answered all our questions, made suggestions and got us on the road with a new cart in under 2 hours. We had our 1 year old daughter with us so she kept the place lively running around and laughing which Fred was super cool about. 100% recommend coming here.

We stopped in to Van Wert Carts yesterday to learn about our options for new carts. We met Fred Gengler who gave us a tour and educated us on the various options. We found a unit we liked and agreed to make a purchase and it would be ready to pick up the following day. Later that evening after some added research and advice from friends we came to the conclusion that the one we purchased was not exactly right for our needs and we would be better off with a larger more powerful unit. I contacted Fred this morning after finding on the Van Wert Carts website the unit that would be more suitable and asked him would it be OK if we switched units and he said sure it would be no problem. They just needed to install seat belts and it would be ready. Fred contacted me shortly after and said we could come pick up the cart as it was all ready to go. The buying experience from Fred could not have gone smoother and he is a very knowledgeable and friendly person and we highly recommend Fred and Van Wert Carts for anyone in the market for a golf cart. Thanks Fred!

What an experience with Van Wert Carts!!! Fred and Vernon go all out for their customer's! Not only were my wife and I able to get an awesome deal on a golf cart and accessories with Fred's help, we also received the best advice from Vernon on how to do certain things ourselves! The plus side, Fred gave our granddaughters FREE color changing tumblers and FREE t-shirts to my wife and I! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Go see Fred and Vernon for all your golf cart needs/wants/accessories!!!

We drove 110 miles to get the exact cart we were looking for. The website was easy to use and had great photos. It was priced right, 2008 EZGo. No rust, solid, everything we were promised on the phone with Fred. He taught us (first time cart buyers) what to look for and had the shop box up the windshield for the ride home. Quick and painless paperwork, helped tie down the cart, and an easy left to get back on US 30. Thank you Fred!!
