I rented a car on Monday with the priceline application. I just returned it. I also paid a deposit. I did not return the fuel tank full, I planned to have it deducted from my deposit, but they withdrew another 240 dollars from my bank account. The car's tank already fills up for $50. this is pure theft.You still continue to withdraw money from my account

Don’t use avis here, we rent 3 cars in Las Vegas, Alabama and florida and no problem, and in here, very rude girls and ask for things in the other avis offices don’t ask, like international drivers license, terrible service, better try other company

Car was great except when doing a walk around when getting the car, I noticed the door skin to the fuel door was missing (just the plastic frame). When I mentioned it to the attendant when exiting Avis, she didn’t say anything but “You’re good to go”. I even sent a reply to the email I got later from the Avis Airport Manager, Ryan Vance, at Dayton Airport with a photo and didn’t get any reply back. I was only concerned about getting charged for damage I didn’t cause and that was the condition of the car when I received it.

Avis quoted me $74.04 for a one day car rental, but charged me $133. The agent at the drop off location, could not explain why the charge was different. The car was fine, but it is unacceptable to have such a drastic difference in price that still has not been corrected.

I want to express my extreme disappointment with the recent rental service I experienced with Avis.Upon picking up the vehicle at Dayton International Airport on Thursday , December 21 I was shocked to find that the car smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. This not only compromised my comfort but also raised concerns about the vehicle's cleanliness and adherence to Avis' standards.It is my hope that Avis will make me whole and do the right thing.

Avis counter at the Dayton Airport was wonderful the lady at the counter was quick and very nice the car was clean and the rip-off was seamless can’t ask for more

Today at Avis, two people that rented a car were not given the car due to an over booking situation. What then followed, a 3rd party company employee came in and challenged the customer to “come out side and settle things”. They did not give me the paper receipt requested and I had to wait 20 minutes at the counter to get it. Only reason they get a star is because to give them a bad review I have to give them one. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THIS INCLUDES BUDGET.

Never a good experience at this location. Every car smells of smoke. Dirty cars that appear to have been cleaned with a dirty towel. I need to clean the windshield myself before I can drive. When returning the car, I always greeted by someone who obviously doesn't want to be there. This last time, the girl gets out of her car as she's facetiming someone. I said hello and she rolled her eyes and walked right past. I was charged for 3 free days that I used my points on and trying to get someone to talk to me about it was not happening.

Not the vehicle promised or even close to it. Rude and tried upcharging me with bigger vehicle. Had to clean cheese wrappers and pop bottles out of before going on the trip, as well as filthy exterior. Gas was not full. Returned it clean and topped off full of gas from nearest gas station to the airport with keys on dash as requested by Avis. Received an email receipt afterwards with an extra $9.55 charge and no explanation! SCAMMERS!!! After emailing corporate back, they returned my money for the extra charge back to the account and apologized. They also stated they would contact management about the Dayton location to address the issue, along with an additional $50 off my fee. I think that is fair and appreciated the help. Avis appears to be an honorable company, with issues that need to be handled at this location.
