My oldest went here from 3-10 and my youngest has been here since 12 weeks old. I wouldnt trust another daycare to take care of my kiddos while we work. They are always there for the parent and kids. The teachers are always building connections with the kids while being so willing to always answer any questions or concerns. They work close with the parents to make sure the kids have consistency. Ms.Heidi and Ms.Latonya are great with keeping the chaos minimal, during pick up and drop off. There have been so many memories made and we love all of the staff.

Our child has been going here for the past 5 years and we are so happy with their entire staff! She truly enjoys going to daycare/summer camp here. The teachers make every child feel recognized and special. The staff is amazing from the directors Ms. LaTonya, Ms. Heidi and Mrs. Brenda to all of the classroom staff at the Early Beginnings Vandalia location!! This is a terrific place for your child to be nurtured and loved. We think of them as family!!

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my son’s get excited about going to daycare/summer camp here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to the directors LaTonya , Heidi and Mrs Brenda the whole team at Early Beginnings Vandalia! We love each and everyone of you. I highly recommend sending your children to their child care Center.

My two boys have been going to Early Beginnings in Vandalia for several years. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my child and the trust I have in the employees working at the establishment. My boys wake up in the mornings eager to attend daycare and especially during the summer program. Parents often worry about daycares but I couldn’t ask for better caregivers for my boys. Heidi, LaTonya, Michael, and Abby always welcome me with a smile and as a working mom truly takes the guilt away. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore this place! I would not trust anyone else with my kids. The staff has become our extended family, if you need childcare in this area, this is the place to go. We love our early beginnings family!!!

One star is far too many for this “establishment”. If you care about your child, and what goes on during the 7 + hours she is in their care this is not the place for you! Simple questions cannot be answered either without attitude or fear. When your potty trained child has an accident four days in a row, you cannot question the teach as to what could be causing it. It’s automatically the FULLY POTTY TRAINED toddlers fault... Whenever I questioned the teacher asking what she thought the reasoning was, and I quote one teacher said they’re forced to stay on their cots until that classroom is in ratio, whether they have to use the bathroom or not.......... They can’t follow/aren’t comfortable following a simple doctors note, stating that I am the only one to provide my child with food. Then they question my food choices, as if chipotle, rice, beans, salsa and the other vegetable and fruit I provided for her lunch was in adequate. But the pizza, and biscuits with jelly that they serve are sufficient enough right? There will be problems along the way, because and I quote the OWNER “we can’t provide the one on one care”. As if following a simple doctors note, and dealing with the responsibilities of said request is just too much. The fabrications of both staff and director are outrageous but it’s their word against yours! You will be booted the minute you stand up for your child, if you don’t fit their “agenda” you’re gone. ETA because the owner/director likes to lie/fabricate stories: Chipotle does fit the food groups, protein, grains, veggies and I provided fruit! Plus her milk that I provide on site. I received three maybe four phone calls regarding this issue. One phone call came because I didn’t provide an extra snack, though I had snacks onsite, they only have one snack a day usually. They never once asked me to bring in diapers. Otherwise I would have. As I brought in many other things, change of clothes, coconut oil for dry skin etc. The owner, who responded is relaying this information second hand, of course standing up for her employees. I repeat if you can’t handle a parent questioning what has happened with their child through out the time they were with you, you’re in the wrong profession. My child was hit, and pushed many times twice right in front of me by the same child. Yet that child is still there. They don’t want to put in the extra work my child “required”. I feel discriminated against on almost every level here. It was my last choice for a daycare, and should be yours too, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Just don’t become so desperate you need to send your child here! I will however add Ms Marky, Heidi and Alexis are the only redeeming qualities here. It’s just sad that they’re at an establishment like this one.

Only daycare I will ever let my children attend. Teachers actually care about the children attending, never had an issue while sending my daughter here!

My oldest who is 4 has been going there since she was 6 weeks old. I also have a 18 month old who also has been going there since she was 6 weeks old. They both absolutely love it. My youngest is in the infant room and the women there take very good care of the babies. The women there are so kind and caring. Highly suggested.

Infant room is over crowded. I did a surprise inspection and they were severely neglecting my new born child. I took my child home right then and there. I don't know about the other rooms of the day care but the infant room needs to be legally shut down.
