After going into jojos to get a replacement part for a vape or to see if the entire thing needed to be replaced and completely willing to buy a new one because Ithought they would help me figure out what I needed to fix it or show me a good one to replace it with , I went into the store and was very rudely asked “ why are you bringing it to us “ and after the associate tried to apologize she also insulted me by asking if my diamond wedding ring was even REAL . I explained to them if they didn’t want to help me there were other places I could spend my money and then a VERY KIND woman came over to try really hard to help me while the one employee basically acted like that’s how you should talk to customers. If you are looking for help with any issues on an already purchased item go elsewhere . Otherwise they are definitely going to be a solid store to go to just to get juices.
