Have a 2016 Tuscan. They have put three engines in the vehicle and it still leaks oil. I've tried to contact the general manager who has failed to return my communication. Under no circumstances should anyone purchase a Hyundai and definately not from this dealership.

They were really kind and they had snacks and drinks while you wait for you car to be serviced. I was only waiting for 2 hours which is less than any other dealership I've been to.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from Jeff Wyler Kia at Beavercreek. My experience with this dealership has truly gone above and beyond my expectations.
I purchased a Kia Soul from Jeff Wyler, and unfortunately, just six weeks later, my vehicle was stolen. When the police were able to locate it, the car was badly damaged. I faced numerous challenges with my insurance company in getting the necessary repairs approved and covered.
Throughout this difficult time, the team at Jeff Wyler Kia stepped in and truly went the extra mile to help me. They not only repaired my vehicle but also replaced the engine at a very reasonable cost. To my surprise and appreciation, they even repaired my damaged windshield wipers—valued at $720—completely free of charge.
I would like to extend special thanks to John, Daryl, and Ozzy for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellent customer service.
Their efforts turned a stressful and discouraging situation into a positive and uplifting experience.

Called to ask about servicing an older Hyundai. Heard the phone ringing for about 10 minutes before someone picked up who was, I don't know how to put this, but clearly doing something extremely unprofessional.
In any case, I got redirected to the service department who didn't pick up. Left a text (as directed by the automated text I got) and was never answered or called back. Great service, guys.

It took multiple attempts of online scheduling, emails, chats and calls to even get an appointment. No one greeted me at my vehicle as is the standard at Voss Hyundai. I waited several minutes to be acknowledged by desk staff. My multi-point inspection was not detailed as I know there were other issues that need attention but are not high priority. I was not kept informed of how long service would take. At check out, I was only pointed to the cashier and not shown to my vehicle. My vehicle was still covered in the protective plastics and papers that should have been removed prior to pickup. This was my first visit to Joseph Airport Hyundai and while it is farther and less convenient, I will be returning to Voss Hyundai for my future needs.

I’m giving Joseph airport Hyundai five stars mainly because for the first time in a long time my wife and I felt comfortable in the transaction that led to the purchase of a vehicle from them. My girlfriend went to buy a car from me that had very high mileage for $24,000. When I showed up at the place with my scanner, the car had a lot of codes, however, the check engine light was off, which leaves a lot to be said, GMC Travers, dark gray, year 2020, the salesman was asked if he had any other options to which he refused and said it was the only car that could finance the very high price, the check engine light was off and the scanner had a lot of faults and we are not talking about a cheap scanner. We are talking about a $30,000 scanner, that I know what I am talking about.

Our last service about a week ago was for our 2020 Sonata. My son took the car in for a tire rotation and oil change. He said the low tire pressure light was on before taking it in. After the service was complete, the tire pressure light was still on and still approximately 10 lbs too low. Does the tire rotation not include checking the psi? The light was also still on, so I'm not sure how you miss that when the service department returns the vehicle? It also took over an hour and half to complete the service. Not sure if this is standard, but seems way too long to complete. My son has never taken the car to be serviced before and didn't text me until after he left, and didn't know what to do. I've never had issues like this before when taking our car here, but this was unacceptable.
