Purchased two vehicles in the last couple months from Airport Hyundai. Cat was able to help me both times get into the car that I wanted.The dealership has great inventory, compared to other local dealerships. Neither time did she pressure me into the sale, and unlike other local dealerships they did not jack the price up for "Market Value". So I was able to leave with a fair and honest deal.Also the building was recently renovated with open spaces and a comfortable waiting area that kept the kids entertained while I worked with finance to close the deal.

If you need a car, I would highly recommend Joseph Airport Hyundai! I would especially recommend you work with Phil Ryan as he and the finance guy worked all day to get me into a car! I will forever appreciate these two men!!

Took my ‘19 Tucson in for a failing catalytic converter and several recalls. I could not believe how quickly all repairs were completed. Genuinely blown away by the level of service. Plus it took less than half the time to get an appointment as it would with my local (Cincinnati) dealerships.

Very happy with my service here! Mike was really great and kept me updated the whole time while my transmission was replaced. They finished in less than a week! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing service work!

My wife and I bought a 2024 Hyundai palisade. Our salesman Drake was the best, he was so pleasant to work with and explained everything to us with no confusion. We are so happy with our new purchase. I highly recommend Drake at Joseph Airport Hyundai!

I brought my 23 Palisade in for a recall maintenance procedure and its first complimentary service. It was a wonderful experience...I was treated like a VIP. Everyone was great. I recommend this dealership for sales and service. It is a class act!

I am having low engine oil sign constantly. I have been there for the issue before and all they did was top up the oil level. I had same issue again and went there and they said I have to pay for it. Wth. Just to clarify, my car is 2023 model and still under the warranty. They cant get me in for 2 weeks. They cant provide loaner as well. The service rep tried his best to help but I believe dealership’s policy is awful and he couldn’t do much. I dont understand why do I have to pay for something that is covered by warranty???? I have to go to work as well. If I drive and more damage happens, who is responsible???? And If I miss work, I hope they pay loss wages. Worst dealership experience ever. Never buying car from them or probably never hyundai again. Also escalated issue with hyundai corporate. For dealership’s sales people, TRY NOT TO TEXT, EMAIL OR CALL ME EVER TO SELL YOUR CARS BECAUSE ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE YOU GUYS TALK ABOUT, DOESN’T MAKE SENSE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

09/05/23 Nolan in service needs additional customer service training. 2023 sonata check engine light that will not go off. Tells me it will be two weeks before I can get the car in for service. Complained to the service manager, car is now in their shop. Keeping it over night, no mention of a loaner car. Will update tomorrow, hope I can give them a few more stars.09/06/23 Hyundai is telling the service center to replace the battery and a sensor. The bad news they are telling me it could be two weeks to get the part. I asked for a loaner and they said "we don't have any loners right now." My daughter bought the car about three months ago.Needless to say, no one in they're right mind should ever shop at this dealership for a new or used car. Once you drive off the lot, you're on your own.

Overall experience with Hyundai is not good. I bought my car here but I moved so I more recently started going to the Centerville location. My check engine light has been coming on and I could get no appointments at the one near me or Beavercreek for months out. I called this location bc I bought my car here and I got an appointment over a month out. That was better than multiple months out. I previously went to a mechanic who verified the catalytic converter was bad which I also had diagnosed at auto zone. When I call to make the apt they say they can’t order the part , they have to look at it. This should have only taken a day to fix. My first apt they have my car all day and call later that day saying they were short staffed and didn’t even look at it. So I have to take another day off work and bring it back. They give me a rental but they have my car two weeks. They then say the technician stripped the bolts so they have to wait for now a new part to come in. When I finally get it back I hear a buzzing noise. I take it to a new mechanic and find out it’s bc they left multiple exhaust bolts loose and my tires are on the verge of blowing out. Which mind you on my receipt my tires hit the green check mark. It’s unacceptable. I won’t be coming back here.

Was able to get me in for warranty and recall work almost a full month ahead of all the other area Hyundai dealers. They completed repairs and recalls way faster than I thought it would take. Gave me some free time afterwards!

I just bought a brand new 2024 vehicle, it was not on my agenda lol. Drake was Awesome and very attentive. Drake really new this brand of car which was reassuring. Thank you Drake! And thank you Joseph Airport Hyundai

My daughter & I walked in to the dealership & were greeted right away by Drake Justice. We were shopping for a car for my daughter. He went above & beyond showing us cars in her price range. Explained everything thoroughly. Was very professional & kind. My daughter really wanted a Kona & that's exactly what Drake got her in. We are giving the service department time to detail the car & will pick it up Saturday afternoon. Thank you Drake.Update to my original review:When we showed up to get the car (Saturday afternoon), it had clearly not been detailed. We were told it would look like a new car & that the cigarette smell would be gone. Not only did that not happen but the passenger seat had a huge dark stain that was not there 2 days prior. Drake had not inspected the car prior to us showing up. We literally were standing there like "WHAT THE HECK?"Drake told my daughter to go ahead & take the car. Bring it back Wed after she got off work & he'd give her a rental to use for Thurs while the detail dept worked on the car. At first we agreed to this but then after we left the dealership, I called a professional detailer & he asked if we saw any teenagers hanging around the dealership. I said "Actually, yes. Several teenage boys, dressed in basketball shorts & drinking pop while being loud on the salesroom floor." The professional detailer said "Well, THOSE are your detailers!"Long story short, I texted Drake & told him how disappointed we were. A good salesperson oversees a sale from start to finish. That was not the case with us. (By the way, he has yet to respond to my text).We had the professional detailer work on the car today. It looks and smells brand new. Yes, we had to pay for the detailing but we don't mind paying for a professional service. What we do mind is being treated as 2nd class after the paperwork is signed.So I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars.
