Purchased from them, got rushed and never gave me anytime to negotiate on price. They charged me for everything and told me they were cutting me a deal. Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

My son came home on Saturday from college and told me he had an issue with his car. I called Joseph Hyundai on Monday morning, dropped off my car Monday afternoon. I was told they would try to get it in and looked at. No more than 2 hrs later I received a call, and they had it in and diagnosed already.After being told what was wrong, I told them to do the work, which was somewhat extensive. By Wednesday, I was called and told they had already fixed my son's car. Later on Wednesday afternoon I received a call to let me know after the road test, they found another issue... which I understood to be related to the other issues I described. I was told they had to order the part and it would hopefully be in by Friday. Later that day, I was called yet again and told the car was already finished.I later found out that the Service Person I was talking to, Ryan, called another Hyundai dealership who had the part. They immediately went and picked up the part and completed the necessary work.I had their pickup service come get me at my house, so I could pick up my son's car so he could drive it back to college the following weekend.Considering all that needed to be done, I am completely thankful to Ryan and the entire team at Joseph Airport Hyundai for their quick and responsive work to achieve fixing my son's car in a very short time frame!I am truly grateful and thankful!!!

My recent purchase was a gently used Toyota Avalon. This was the finest automobile purchase experience of my life. I was looking for a reliable car that would provide ample room, good gas mileage and resale value. I was greeted by Andrew Greene with whom I discussed my needs, desires, and preferences. Andrew provided suggestions, showed me cars, checked his inventory and I chose the Avalon. The car was prepared, and I picked it up two days later. There were none of the games I have encountered at other dealerships. I highly recommend Andrew and Joseph Airport Toyota to my friends and associates.

Was going to buy a car while they worked on mine, but never had a service department with such poor manners or social skills.So now I'm enjoying my 2024 KIA K5.Poor guy who asked me to never return really didn't understand anything he could possibly have had fult in.

This is the worst dealer I've ever been to. They take so long to make an appointment and if you do the appointment and get there a lil bit late they said you need to reschedule and that's gonna take another 3 weeks. Never going to come back here.

The worst dealership myself and my husband have ever been too. The lack of knowledge for their own product, rude sales representatives, and pressure to buy something we didn't want, is the reason we will never buys from this dealership. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Very typical car dealership, focused on standard customer service with a business model of PROFIT FIRST! Very disappointed with Toyota claim of quality products and long term dependable vehicles! I own a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road, installed a front and back "Leveling Kit", and shortly afterwards the front CV axle Needle Bearing has gone bad! A KNOWN ISSUE ON TACOMAS since 2005! Replacement is very expensive and is not covered under warranty! Sadly this truck is NOT all the rugged off road hype that is claimed, far from it! Airport Toyota falls short of " Customer Care" in so far as truly putting the focus on "Win/Win", instead the focus is on the Business Model of Profit following Toyotas Attitude of selling the perception of quality and reliability! Too many irritating issues with this truck thus far with only 8550 miles driven!
