Will not do business here again. I brought my car in and when I pulled up the 4 men standing around doing nothing, told me to drive the car in. I had never done this at previous times here so I doubled checked to make sure thats what they wanted me to. I stayed in the car while they were doing my oil chage, I could hear them mocking me because I asked a question. Rude and unnecessary!!!!

Today we were in town from Columbus . We always used this company to do our oil changes. We haven’t been there since 4/14/23 . We pulled up and walked in to talk about getting oil changed. and the owner started yelling at us to get in our car!!! My husband wanted a price he said get in your car. He said I don’t have a waiting room. We said ok then he told us to get off his property and kiss his fat D…!! My husband said he will call company he said he was the owner and he was independent!! Craziest scary situation

Work was fast but price for 2021 traverse was 94.00. He told me we are 30 dollars less than other places. The place is a dump. The old owners were great, but not now. The price average for the area is. 62.00 to 82.00.Service: Oil change

Shop is efficient, great service. Their credit card reader was down the afternoon I was there, which slowed the payment process. This is the only reason for 4 stars, not 5. Prior visits have definitely been worthy of 5 stars.One tech phoned to check on cc reader system and was told it was a corporate wide issue. The guys worked around it as best they could.

Don’t trust this place these guy’s remove my oil pan plastic cover and didn’t replace them. Not only was my panels miss my drain plug was leaking oil please do yourself a favor and Stay away.

I sat in the car they never checked my wiper blades they never checked my air filter they left me over a half of a quart oil short the only thing that properly was done was the air pressure in my tires I'll email corporate with the copy of the bill and my complaint but nothing will happen after all they're not doing anything more than putting a pickle on a hamburgerService: Oil change

Had an oil change done they left me over a half of a quart of synthetic oil short. They never checked my wiper blades or my air cleaner even though the bill said they put in five and a half quarts of oil they put in maybe five bill said they checked the wipers andthe air filter they absolutely did not. It's weird it's a oil change place and they can't even do that right, it's not like they're trying to rebuild a transmission. it's basically putting the pickle on the hamburger and they messed that up!!! Will email corporate copy of my bill and my complaint but I'm pretty sure nothing will be done
