The Ford dealerships turned me away to look at my air conditioner and sent me to this location. Scott was helpful and informative when I told him what was going on with my expedition. He was able to get me in and taken care of to be back on the road in comfort with AC! They of course didn’t know that I do know a bit about cars since I have never been here before but they still treated me with top notch service and kindness. Highly recommended these guys and this location! They also did a free car wash!

My ID fell into a crack in the center console in my rental car. I was desperate to catch a flight in a few hours. The team here pulled the car in immediately and saved my bacon.

They did what we asked. The staff was friendly. They said we needed a new cabin air filter. We didn't since we had replaced it ourselves a week earlier. Despite the upsale effort they did a good job.

While in Dayton visiting family, we noticed a large plastic piece hanging off the bottom of the car. We called Ford dealer looking for a quick fix as we were leaving town. They referred us to Quick Lane. Dan quickly pulled our car in, explained the purpose of the part to me, and removed it so we could continue on our trip. He did not charge us for this quick service, great customer service.

I called in the afternoon said can you get me in a gentleman said come on I was up there in and out there an hour and a half oil change fluids topped off rotate the tires lube everything was good and quick decent price

Took my 96 mustang here to fix my Speedo, rear diff seal, a new belt and 2 pulleys. They were great and super helpful, pricing is fair as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I went in again this July and as always Nathan, Scott and Dan all took care of me like they’ve known me for years. Impeccable service. They treated me like I was the only one there. They listened to my concerns and took care of me and got me back in the road safer than when I got there. I’ll scream at the top of my lungs Quick lane is the best in the area and everyone should take their cars to them.

The team here is knowledgeable and reliable. They have helped me in a pinch and I highly recommend them. They get you in and out, or will tell you if it will be a while. Setting an expectation is important and they do that well.

I want to Thank Manager Nathan for the quick response and professionalism of the situation I spoke of below. Not many businesses would go above and beyond the call of duty to make things right. Truly appreciate the hospitality you showed in taken care of the issue. (Had a free oil change here at this facility because we purchased a car at Beau Townsend Ford. The service was good, bad part is they are a 40 minute drive for us. My oil change is due now and took it to have service and they can't get the filter off because Quick Lane put it on tight. Therefore I am screwed. Called them today for pricing and I am not driving that far to have an oil change for $95. That is crazy. Needless to say not a happy customer. Now to try and find someone that can remove this safely without damage.)
