This location is helpful to grab an item or two real quick. Regularly use pharmacy, again location and drive thru convenient. It is not as good as it used to be, but still decent. I think when Ken's closed they got overwhelmed and it's just the new( or not so new) normal.

Nice store with a terrible pharmacy.
The actual store itself is fine, and I've always found the employees to be helpful, the selection to be good, etc. The prices aren't great, but that's kind of what you'd expect at Rite Aid.
The pharmacy is atrocious. The pharmacists are friendly, but communication is horrible. I was told my prescription would be ready, so I arrived and then I waited over an hour before it was actually ready to pick up.

The staff at this location needs customer service training. The refill speed is extremely slow.

My husband was released from the hospital with four medications called into Vandalia pharmacy. The pharmacist called to say they did not have any of the most important medication in stock, and suggested we call around to find it! Not only poor customer service, but unacceptable. When we called the pharmacy on North Dixie, they said they DID have it, but not the dose he needed, but would be happy to check the other stores for it. I think we just found a new pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist regularly changes my prescription without approval from me or my doctor. Everytime I get a refill they force me to explain to them why what they try to give me won't work or is against safety regulations, which is complicated, time consuming, and unnecessary. I should never have to explain why my doctor wrote the prescription he wrote, let alone every single time I pick up a refill. The staff are incompetent and have a bad attitude. I've also never been asked for a photo ID or signature, even when picking up controlled substance prescriptions.

When you're last night to get some Vic vapor rub solution for my grandkid. Says $10.99 get to the register and they charge me $17 because I'm not a member. They charge me 50% more next time. I'll just go somewhere else.

I’ve been going here for years. Yes, the pharmacy is always busy (wish they could get some help), but regardless they are always friendly and helpful. Actually, all of store personnel are very helpful. Today I was looking for something and an off duty employee came up to me to offer help. Special shout out to Brad for always helping me find what I need and making all customers feel welcomed. He truly cares and is very genuine.
