Noticed all the negative reviews. I was not well at all when I went in. Both ladies on site were very professional, thorough and helpful.

Saw Nurse practitioner (C Boston) for ear ache. She was very professional and thorough despite not having front desk support. Was in and out quickly and vey happy with the experience. Pharmacy was in close proximity, and my prescription was filled within 30 minutes. Very satisfied with my interactions.

Wanted a prescription for an antibiotic for a puncture wound. They wanted me to wait 3 hours to do a 30 second inspection. I'm not home and I'm in a semi, it's not like I can just drive a semi to a hospital

Horrible experience. Went in on 6/8. I get Strep about 3-4 times a year. I know if in go in too early the strep test will be negative, so I waited until I had the white dots on the back of my throat. The nurse barely swiped the back of my throat for the test. Nurse practitioner came in, saw the white dots, felt how swollen my glands were, but the test came back negative. Said all she could do was another test that takes 1-2 days. It’s the weekend, which means Friday or Saturday she is hoping. I told her I know it’s strep, And I would like to get on antibiotics now to start getting rid of it. She refused saying giving antibiotics for no reason is worse for someone. That may be true but I have strep.I walked out, called my regular doctor. They had a cancellation. Went in, they ran the test, it was positive, and gave me antibiotics. Which you could clearly tell I had by looking at my throat. Horrible experience.

Wish I would have read the reviews before going here. I have a sinus infection. No antibiotics but she wanted to put me on a steroid and cough meds. Told me the number of days I was sick didn't warrant an antibiotic. Just avoid this place if you need actual care.

I went in for a COVID test - The insurance claim was not sent. I never received a bill. A few months later I was contacted by a claims agency. WTH?

Wife made appointment for this location. The manager her changed the appointment without telling my wife. All so they could go home early. This forced my wife to drive all the way to centerville instead, just so the staff could leave early. They don’t care about the patients at all. And we’re willing to screw over another location.

The service is horrible there it needs to be shut down immediately. I didn’t get the help I needed I was really sick and got lied to by there staff, so they sent me somewhere else for no reason. I seriously could of died right there.

If you don't mind being talked to disrespectfully and disregarded, then make an appointment here. I have never been treated to poorly by a physician. She was extremely rude , maybe another line of work would be better, one where you don't have to interact with people. Try a different Little Clinic, Englewood and Troy are much better, should have stuck with the ones I know, won't make that mistake again!

Crystal was very caring and helpful. Our wait time was short due to scheduling an appointment online. Nicole, the nurse practioner, was very thorough and knowledgeable. The clinic is a great option for a minor problem.

So I had my COVID test Wednesday and got my result the next day. I tried to call as I have question but no luck of someone answering the phone. As I’m writing this review I am on the phone calling them and still ringing for a good hour now. If I could rate this place with zero star I would. This place is way below standard. Kroger needs to close this what they call Little Clinic.

Customer service experience was poor. I scheduled a COVID-19 testing appointment because I had been exposed to someone who tested positive. When I arrive, they ask me for insurance. I tell them I have a picture of my insurance card since Im visiting the area from DC and don’t have card physically on me. They said that should be fine. As I’m looking for a picture, I ask is it okay if I sign into my insurance website and provide you with the information that way. I’m told no and that if I don’t find a picture of my insurance card they will need to cancel my appointment. I step back because someone else is there checking in. Turns out he had to cancel his appointment. I finally find a picture and then the front desk person says she needs to check whether it can be accepted (Mind you never said that before and I’ve been looking for a photo of my card for about 15 minutes). Nurse practitioner comes out and says no they can’t accept it they can only verify me if I log into my insurance account. Again, this was not told to me. She told me she couldn’t take me anymore despite the cancellation that occurred before me. That man was coming in for physical. The nurse practitioner then proceeded to catch an attitude with me and tell me people typically have their card. I didn’t push the issue because I know they’re stressed, but the customer care was poor.

If I could give them 0 stars actually negative stars I would. I went to get my 2nd COVID vaccine, and was told after I arrived that the nurse practitioner was qualified to administer the vaccine. No customer service skills in the least bit. Very sad medical care

We visited The Little Clinic on 11/9/21 and we were very pleased with our experience. Crystal was extremely sweet and helpful and went out of her way to help us. Give this gal a raise, she’s awesome!!
