We stopped off the freeway to goto a post office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly. The service was very quick.

The attitude of the staff person I encountered tonight was a non-interested, uncaring approach to customer service. Tracking told me my package was there, had a situation where I needed to get it today if at all possible. She went on to tell me yes they could, but no they will not go seek out my package. What gives? Why tell me that it’s an option, to go on and tell me they refuse? Very low energy, and poor choice in how to communicate.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Personally, I hope they get a completely new staff, because every single person I've talked to at this place has been extremely rude, for no reason.

Poor customer service. Would not allow me to pick up live animal the day it reached location. Insisted that it must be delivered the next day and not picked up that day, even if I was to ask for the package to be held at location for pick up. I will be doing what I am able to avoid this USPS location.

Never AGAIN will i trust this service. They "helped" me package a fragile package and it was recieved shattered in a million pieces. Horrible company

I felt really embarrassed and frustrated walking out of this post office. Very arrogant employees, one of the ladies was making me feel like I had committed a crime for not bagging my item (because I’m not familiar with the process and didn’t see the proper bag i normally use in the lobby) and the other employee laughing at me because again I wasn’t familiar with the process or she just thought her co worker was funny being as rude as she was. I do understand keeping things in an orderly fashion to run smoothly but I didn’t need the attitude to go with it, a simple explanation on how to do better next time I come in would have been nice. I felt very uncomfortable and humiliated. It is extremely unprofessional to talk to customers the way she did to me. I work in healthcare-I deal with patients on a daily and was highly debating on writing this because we all have bad days, but this was unacceptable.

this location is not good, you're better off going to the one in huber heights. they don't even understand their own company policies here. much better workers at huber heights

0/10 customer service here was cold, rude, argumentive and stressful. The lady at the desk needs empathy training as well as an attitude check. I left this location upset and will not be using this location in the future.

You should really train your employees to be accommodating and polite to their customers. I understand the quarantine. I understand social distancing. But my mother calmly waiting for a receipt after sending back some packages should not result in an employee throwing a tantrum and throwing her packages into the bin with all her strength. Disgusting behavior and we will not be back.

This Post Office has the best clerks I've ever encountered at any Post Office. They go out of their way to take care of customers quickly and efficiently without jeopardizing customer service!!
