I communicate with Dr Wilcher via MyChart. He gets back in touch via MyChart within hours every time. He's kinda old school, but he listens (via MyChart) to my long-winded explanations of my problems. He immediately ordered antibiotic two different times when I had UTIs. His answers are clipped but he's paying attention and is prompt in replying, unlike some of my other doctors.

The doc took the time to listen and I could see him using his brain and years of experience to diagnose instead of the computer. Very professional. Almost no wait time in the waiting room or to see the doctor once in the room.

I went in for my first visit and the doc took care of me- the doctor, not a Physicians Assistant. I was seen quickly, almost no wait. I had several issues that he addressed thoroughly. I'm so impressed that you can still find this kind of care. I'll be hanging with Dr. Wilcher.

I went in with a set of symptoms, I was dismissed and given a sample med and send home, told the same symptoms a week later to the Urgent Care and I was bumped right to an hospital stay - and that is what I needed!! Did not listen to the patient at all.

I would highly recommend to not use this doctor. When be orders test and the results are in, which we recieve the notification they was sent, the office nevers call. After about a week after we received notification it was sent to their office, the wife had to call the office. In which the doctor stated problems that didnt even match what was in the test results.This office has went downhill fast over the last 5 yrs. Again of you are concerned about your health, stay away from this office.

I have been looking for a new office for myself and family. Based on online reviews I called to schedule an appointment. I introduced myself as a new patient and was asked (in a not friendly way) about insurance and if I am on any medications. I was then told to call on a same day basis Monday through Thursday to see if I can be seen. I am off on Fridays and was hoping to schedule an appointment then since I work 7:30-6:30 Monday through Thursday and was told that the Dr. does not see new patients on Fridays.I will happily find an office that can see myself and family on Fridays and schedule an appointment in advance to do so.

Dr. Wilcher and his staff are amazing. They give you the personal touch that you don't see very much these days. Dr. Wilcher takes time to listen to you which I love. Paperwork has always been perfect for me with no issues and I have been going to him since 1997!

Billed incorrect insurance company for years and never told me. Also when we would go in and take our kids for check ups and shots we would be advised we do not owe anything. A few years later we get a massive hit on our credit for outstanding bills that we were told we original didnt owe. Now I have their creditor calling and harassing myself and my parents.
