“I love the store workers are good but I had a woman do my measurements and she put me as being double the size I am so I prefer that possibly they make sure that the workers know 100% how to measure…otherwise no complaints on my end…”

“Although alot of the styles sold here are way out of my comfort zone, I can always find something that makes me feel more confident. Also, when I go to Torrid I don't dread clothes shopping like everywhere else I go because I know I'll find something that fits in just the way I want it to. Staff at every location I've been to (which is alot) has been friendly and eager to help. Most of the time they'll even hype you up when trying things on and be honest when something just doesn't work on you which I really appreciate!”
“I went in to several stores at the Fairfield commons mall, and the only customer service associate that greeted me was at Aeropostale. She was smiling. She said hello she told me about the sales in the store. She was very positive. She spoke to everyone that came in the store. I went to American Eagle, Aerie,, Macy’s, H&M, and rose and Remington, and not one sales associate spoke to me or acknowledged my presence, even though they were not busy and they had made eye contact with me.Therefore, Aeropostale was the only store I spent any money at. Because the sales associate made me feel comfortable, and I spent more time in that store. Kudos to Aeropostale forHiring someone that represents your brand positively.”
“What fye lacks in new releases they make up for in the interesting characters that are in or near the store like apron boy who is not an employee but a mall dweller then theres barnaby he eats from the garbage can outside the store i often walk by he looks up cinnabon frosted lips banana peel hanging from his mouth and says “good soup” they mean no harm or offense you gotta love em”
“The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things”

“I was in the store when the previous reviewer was and did not see the same interaction she reported. The store was busy and the staff were helping everyone with courtesy. I did not see any rudeness from any of the staff at any point. The sales person did ask if she could have her child sit back down to try on other shoes, but I sensed no rudeness or ill ton from the salesperson. I've visit s this store multiple times and never had a bad experience. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff, with an aim for getting customers what they need. Locally owned and friendly.”
