Thank you so much for my new computer. Just like you said it does my software without a gliche. I was running 95% Cpu and now I am running 15%. No freeze ups and no problems. The 6 core was the ticket. Now I am spoiled and want the 8 core for the next computer when the company grows. Your service was outstanding and helping me install the new drive was easy. Normally, I have a hard time with a screwdriver. You are the man!!!!!!

Sent a non working computer. My kid was very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. Louis seemed to be very helpful but we had to use our own money for postage to return hardware and he would send us replacement parts which never fixed the problem. We did some troubleshooting on our own through Google results and found that the psu installed by comp serve was not powerful enough to run the graphics card. I went to best buy and bought a $100 power supply and installed. Worked like a charm and I'm not a computer builder. Louis then said to return the original power supply at my cost and he would refund the cost of it. Just got my huge $18.00 refund. Unbelievable. I almost had that much out in postage. I definitely do not recommend buying from this company. Also somehow the review option on eBay now will not let me review. Huh wonder why!?

I first purchased a custom built computer from Comp Serve over 5 years ago... It was a high end (at the time) gaming machine and it has performed exceptionally well ever since. In fact I'm writing this review on that same machine right now! Over the years since, I have bought several computers; - To run my entire home entertainment system (eliminating the need for satellite and cable television in favor of streaming movies, video, and music over the internet to my 50" HD TV and 5.1 surround sound home theater system), - A second higher end gaming system for my wife, so we can play MMORPGs together. - Basic utility machines for simple internet browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, home budget maintenance, correspondence, etc... - A sweet little business machine to do statistical analysis, manufacturing process mapping, and 2D/3D CAD drafting... - And most recently a Beast of a power machine that will allow me to play high performance extreme graphics gaming on dual 27" 1080p HD monitors while simultaneously 2 camera live streaming my gaming broadcast over the internet in HD with surround sound! Every one of these computers has been built by Louis at Comp Serve! Every one of them has performed above and beyond my expectations! AND EVERY one of them is STILL in use today! His customer service has ALWAYS been exemplary and second to none! AND I will never buy another computer without talking to him about what I want 1st! I'm a hard core power user (a statistician and engineer by trade, and a gamer / live broadcaster by choice) and I push my machines well beyond the average limits... Louis is an expert at building custom computers with many years of experience and knowledge under his belt! When I need a new machine I call him up and tell him what I want it for, what I want it to do, and what kind of performance I need... I also tell him of any special requirements (like a bank of 8 USB ports for external peripherals, or extra SATA ports and bays to build a home server farm...) Then I sit back and let Louis determine what the best hardware and architecture will give me what I'm looking for... We go over the specs and maybe make a tweak here or there, and after he surprises me with his extremely generous pricing, I pay for and he builds and ships my new machine... I have never once been less than amazed by the product he delivered! And I'll also say you can't buy a name brand machine (or build on yourself for that matter) that can come close to the performance/price of the computers Louis builds... I paid less than $1000 for my new beast, and I'd put it head to head with any $3000 AlienWare machine any day! Louis and Brenda have made a loyal lifetime Comp Serve customer out of me, and I make sure everyone I know, that needs a computer, has Comp Serve's info and and Comp Serve gets their business if possible.

I bought a gaming comp from Louis and when it arrived the mother board was not compatible with the gaming card I had,I called Louis he immediately sent me a return label.I received the comp back less than a week later and was very surprised to find that he had replaced the motherboard with a much better board for no charge.All my questions were answered immediately and the internal parts in the computer are very good.I would definitely recommend Comp Serve.

This company sent a non-working computer .After several parts being sent for US to try to replace and return shipping at our cost ,for bad parts ,we were forced to deal with Brenda who chose to swear and lie to try to force us to keep the broken computer You are not permitted to take to a reputable computer service to get it inspected without voiding your warranty.Thank goodness for PayPal protection .The computers parts are inferior and cheap ,the customer service is terrible ,and it was a frustrating and expensive lesson for us .They also use several different ebay accounts and at least 3 mailing addresses in Vanlue ,,Ohio .I found them on ebay and called as listing advised to inquire about best computer for our needs ,was told it was not listed on ebay ,and sent an invoice to pay .,So beware when they want you to go outside ebay .I wish I could rate in the minus ,because a 1 star is way to high . BEWARE !!!!!!
