Travis and his team in the pharmacy took a rough situation with me struggling to get medication desperately needed for a DVT blood clot that I just got diagnosed with. Everyone in town would not fill it because it was a free sample pack that the ER told me to go get. They wouldn’t fill it cuz they wanted me to pay out of pocket so it was a waste of their time both pharmacies in vermilion got rid of me right away. Travis researched it and contacted my dr to get me the medication I needed and supply the sample pack the ER was sending me in for. Travis went above and beyond as well as his staff and drug mart management in vermilion! I will never go anywhere else for scrips and will tell everyone about how they really were selfless in helping a customer in a humanitarian aspect instead of what’s in it for me like RA and GE if you know what I mean!

This pharmacy absolutely sucks. Had to wait an hour for a box of diabetic needles. I could understand if the employee had to count pills, but this was getting box off the shelf. Very poor customer service.

After more than 2 years, we wish there was a more convenient and reliable option for prescriptions. Had another typical experience with them today. After using their system to request a refill from the doctor, and hearing absolutely nothing for a week, I called to follow up. The pharmacist on staff immediately placed the blame on our end before even hearing what the situation was. Rude and unhelpful as usual. This has happened over and over with this office. It shouldn't be a part time job to do their job for them.

This one star is for Crystal, she might be a manager. She blamed customers for changing price tags, where clearly was said what product was on clearance, so it's impossible unless you cary printer with you. She didn't apologize for confusion or anything. Went to Clyde drug mart later, sure enough the product was on clearance.

Stopped in to p/u a few items while on vacation. Store was very clean, offered a large variety of items stocked, & staff was friendly.

The store is nice and clean. I love the fresh produce....you can get most anything you need. The staff is courteous and friendly. I can always find a staff person if I have a question. I switched to this pharmacy and it's great. I get a text when my medication is ready. You can choose a phone call too. The pharmacist was helpful when I had a question.

The store is very clean and the aisles are wide and clutter free. The produce section is filled with fresh items and reasonably priced. The pharmacy was very helpful when I switched my prescriptions there. The cashiers have always been polite and efficient. The store has a nice small town feeling to it.

They close the drive thru all the time because they odviously don't want to deal with it. This is becoming one of the worst pharmacy to go to. I will be be transferring my meds refills to another place. So dissatisfied with this store.

Last time I tried to fill a prescription my coverage was denied because it is issued through a union. Being employee owned union support seems to be a reason to turn away customers.
