Update, it's been over a month and still stinks!! Your new store smells like cat pee. There's no way the employees there can't smell it. It's smelled that way since you've opened up. Way overpriced for the yard sale rejects that you get for free. 🤢🤢🤢

My daughter and her friend went to the new location 9/22/24 at approx 3:45pm. A rude worker asked them how old they are, they told her 16, they were told to leave and that only people 18 and over are allowed to shop unless accompanied by a parent. I was looking forward to going to the new store myself, I won’t be going now and I will not support any of their stores. My daughter and her friend are good kids and didn’t deserve to be treated that way. Saw someone else complaining about hovering employees maybe they think everyone’s a thief, not my kid.

This is a decently organized and moderately clean Goodwill. I have been to many Goodwill's, and this is my favorite one. I make sure to stop by every time I am in town. The staff is always nice and pleasant and always offer their help every time I have gone. The only complaint I could say is the majority of the customers are usually jerks that go. Keep up the great work, and see you guys soon!

Usually my family and I have a good experience here, but the last time was not. One of the employees was downright rude. She kept coming over to the section we were at for some reason, not acknowledging us in any way except to make it known we were in her way. We felt very uncomfortable .I tried to smile at her and be friendly, to no avail. She was more than happy to be friendly to a man in the same section. We happily left a full cart.

This Goodwill is always pretty organized and cleanly. They appear to get a good stock of donations as there are a good variety of items whenever I go. Don’t find many puzzles usually, but that is of course dependent on the community. Sizes are separated well and prices are easy to find on items. Staff is friendly. I usually leave with goodies at this location.

One of the best stores I go too.Gale is my favorite employ there ! All the employees and manager are very good and very professional. I just wish you guys would open at 9 AM again so I can shop there more frequently.

one star for one simple reason.the racks are so packed i cant actually shop for clothes.ive never looked at the skirts, shorts, pants, or jackets. i occasionally look at shirts.today was the first time i was able to look through the shirts. ALTHOUGH with the like eight people working their at one time.the one rack i was physically able to shop at, there was a very nice lady filling it up to the brim with more clothes, too the point were i couldnt even find the stuff i was looking for 5 minutes prior.because i wasnt physically able to find what i was looking for, because i couldnt actually look through the racks any longer.you are literally losing money by keeping too much product on the racks.

Some of the rudest people ever on here as far as comments! I personally like your Goodwill I don't really care about what rude people think. I'd love to see some of your homes for those of you who complain about everything! Nice staff, and as far as the floors they look rather vintage which means they're hard to clean,who cares about the floors, your walking on them with dirty shoe's. Thank you Goodwill!!! From a constant shopper!
