Avoid! Avoid! It used to be a nice place run by nice people but got bought out by a company(Prestige Store It) in Columbus that is a nightmare. They deleted payment information from the old owners and then required registration on a website that wouldn't accept my unit information. They are impossible to contact and the only way I could get them was through Google chat??? No phone, no emails and no communication. They will put your unit into collections, not contact you and then try to charge you late fees when the problem is on their end. It really used to be owned by nice helpful people but now....stay away.
