This company has not paid us. Run.. Run.. Run...We picked up a load with this company on 4/30/2022 from San Antonio, TX and we delivered the load to Cummings, GA. We drove some 1776 miles to deliver this load. We submitted our payment shortly after delivering the load on 5/3/2022. We selected the quick pay option on our invoices. We verified that our paperwork was received and correct for payment. We have heard every excuse in the book as to why we haven't been paid. We have literally been given the run around. One day it's we don't have a voided check. Another day it's we have requested a copy of the shipper's bill of lading. Clearly we were provided the shipper bill of lading when we picked up the load and we submitted the shipper's bill of lading that was signed by the receiver. We tried to reach out to the broker that we booked the load with for help. He has refused to return any of our phone calls. Yesterday we were told the load has been released for payment. We were sent a link to confirm payment was released. We have been checking the link and there is no payment posted. We informed the accounting team no payment was posted using the link. Now we are being told the payment has not been approved. Well which one is it? Either the payment has been released or not??? We asked the broker before booking the load, do you have a quick pay option? He informed us they did have a quick pay option. Here we are almost 2 weeks later still no payment...We need our money to pay our drivers.

Broker Cass Jarret is rather rude. BNSF Logistics doesn't pay stop-offs. DNU.

Take a look at all these reviews and you be the judge. If you are on a load with them I feel sorry for you. ZERO STAR

That office can decide on their own how much you will be paid for the load you booked. Yes ! this is true and insane !!!Booked the load with Sara, the truck got loaded all good and started his trip towards the destination, short trip of a hundred miles. In about one hour we received a phone call saying that their customer cancelled the order and we need to go back. I explained that we have already done half of our trip, so basically if we return back to the shipper we are getting to the full distance trip which we booked. We' ve been told by Tyson Neal/ probably it's the account manager or so/ that they understand that and we will be paid for that. The Next day I received the rate confirmation for the load we brought back to the shipper with only half of the agreed amount on the original booked load. Nice job.I assume any truck driver may end up with a canceled order at the receiver and because the customer did cancel that, the driver will take it back and will be paid wherever they decide is ok or mister Tyson Neal will have available to pay you )) doesn't matter for how much you booked for.I hope someone from management will read that and get back to me.--

As of today waited for 4 months since we delivered a load for them. 4 months to get layover to be approved for 5 days we got stock with their load and nothing. I have over 90 emails, dozens of phone calls and they didn't pay anything extra. Originally booked a load with Rachel Espinoza, who never returned any phone calls, and then a manager Dalton Shader, who did absolutely nothing except "looking into it". Shame for this big of a broker to treat their carriers like this.

Drivers stay away. Do not deal with Dan Labay. He has to be the most unprofessional broker I have ever dealt with. On top of that he is a crook. He changed my rate confirmation after the load was delivered and refuses to pay the full amount. Never again.

Truckers stay away. This broker is a joke. Picked up a load get to the delivery and the appointment doesn't match what is on my confirmation, it's 20 hours later. Lost a more than a day and a good paying load that I was scheduled to pick up. Will never work with them again and one star is too many they should have negative stars to rate them.

These people are a joke, stay away! Booked a load and got to shipper and in the paperwork BNSF sent me did not match any at shippers, after calling and speaking with them (Their all foreigners and don’t speak or understand English) after speaking with 3 different foreigners I finally get the p/up number I needed. Get to receiver at my appointment time and NONE of the numbers match here that BNSF gave them, so here I sit trying to get unloaded. BNSF calls to verify I have arrived at receiver and I advised him of this. He said he’d call me back and I haven’t heard a word! STAY AWAY!
