I ordered a whole pie and they stuck it in single boxes. By the time I got to my truck every slice was soaked through and the boxes were as well. The pieces were stuck to the cardboard and I got Greece all over the place.

Sorry sbarros but after stopping here just for you, and finding out you wouldn't even warm the slice of pizza in the oven instead if conveyor oven, you not only lost your sale, but a customer at this location, the conveyor ovens DO NOT warm pizza adequately and should have never been introduced. BTW, other sbarros in Pa and Illinois DO give the customer the option when asked. Also, my wifes pepperoni Stromboli that was warmed in the conveyor oven was barely luke warm to the point the cheese wasn't even melted. You used to be a great place for NY style eats, now your just getting sorry. Time to go back to what you USED to do best, this isn't working, chdck your reviews.

Horrible horrible horrible....its really negative 5 stars. Food not hot and even when asked to make it hot more than once its barely like warm. Out of garlic powder. Ice machine broken. I think it time for new mgmt. And all for the highway robbery price of 13.00 for 2 slices and a small soda. Wont return as they suck

Employees are rude and closed early. It was 7:45pm and food was still out. They were packing food to go for themselves.

Food was excellent, very fresh, no question about it. We got there only 5 minutes before they closed, so we considered ourselves fortunate that they served us. As much as we love Sbarro's, we were not happy to see that the Ohio Turnpike forced travelers through so many miles of construction once you enter the state from i-76 in the southeast before ever seeing their 1st Sbarro's...

Where do I begin. I was employed here on two separate occasions, and with my whole heart I can say that I regret this. The management for some reason believes that a customer would want to pay nearly $5 a slice for cold pizza that has been sitting on a rack for hours, when it clearly says that the maximum hold time on said pizza is an hour. Why would anyone want pizza from a shelf? I was scolded for not doing this because I have common sense. I was the recipient of workplace harrassment and I would highly recommend that those on the Ohio Turnpike avoid this location entirely. The management is absolutely abysmal and some of the workers in this store are the same way. I love making pizza and love serving customers but when the pizza is disgusting and the customers are upset this does not allow for an enjoyable experience for anyone. Avoid the Erie Islands service plaza at all costs.

Burnt pizza at almost $5 a slice. It is time for the Ohio Turnpike to select another food vendor.

Sad to see the quality and quantity of food available at the turnpike locations so poor and customer service to match.

They never have any pizza ready... every time you get there. Then the staff stares at with a blank stare. Maybe the owner of this business should explain to staff no pizza we can't make money. Anyway I was told “they don't have enough people “ by an employee.
