I’ve been with 717 credit Union since I was ~ 16 years old. I’m now 53 ! …and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Recently, I worked with a gal named Christy at one of the branches. And again, my experience has been exceptional. I highly recommend this bank for any of your financial needs.

Thank you to Brandi Thomas for all her informative help with vehicle financing. Also a thank you to Joy for arranging my meeting with Brandi. Within 15 minutes, Brandi had completed my request and showed me my options on a Friday afternoon. Being the branch was observing a holiday on Monday, I was able to purchase and sign electronic documents by Friday afternoon in Carrollton, Ohio. I have been a member with 717 Credit Union for over 35 years and your Vienna Branch have stellar service. Thank you

The absolute worst credit union I have ever dealt with in my life. If I can find a way to switch my car loan to someone else I will. My husband walked into this location to make our car payment, he has ALL information (account number, amount to be paid, due date etc) he had all information and even pulled the app up to the teller, as it’s OUR car, just the loan is in my name. They refused to let him make a payment because the loan was not in his name. He walked into your branch because it’s conveniently located by my work and he was having lunch with me. Normally he goes to the Hubbard location with out a single problem. He had every bit of information needed and asked for NO information and still was not allowed to make a payment. Make that make sense. That is the most absolute asinine thing I have ever heard in my entire life. If you can go to another credit union, I strongly recommend NEVER using 717 and if you’re stuck and have no choice like us, stay far away from this location. They have terrible attitudes. Hannah should most definitely be retrained, as someone who works with the public, she does not belong behind a counter. The man she waited on before me also left angry because of her attitude and personality. HORRIBLE place and I will repeat it everywhere I can!!!!!

When applying for a loan after being a member for more than 30 years, I had multiple loan advisors from different departments asking the same repetitive questions multiple times not knowing any information regarding my loan. The loan process took longer time than necessary, even different advisors had voiced the same concern. I even had a loan officer call me thinking I was a car dealership asking about a loan inquiry and title work needed completed. The experience was far from being pleasant and quite frustrating. ?

Purchased a new vehicle. 717 personnel were very professional from start to end. They provided me all the information to make a decision. From my initial call to completing the documents at the Vienna Branch, it was so easy. They took the time to explain every detail. Really appreciate their professionalism and how they treat their customers.
