Very unprofessional. The girl behind the counter didnt no what a compliant drivers liscense was even though she works at car rental inside a airport that requires a compliant liscense. Talking very Rudley to other customers on the phone saying your gonna get what your gonna get .we prepaid for a car at 9 in the morning and when we got there she was rude had to check 2 times before she realized we prepaid for the car and didnt have one available for the time we paid for it! Do not get a rental car from here!!!

Do not rent from this place. They literally will hit you with a cleaning fee for absolutely no reason and when I went to return the vehicle no one was there. Just a sign on the counter stating that no one was able to work which was during business hours. Afterwards when I called no one was able to help me. Everyone just kept pointing the finger at each other.

I mean... I got the truck and car trailer I needed. The 2 dudes at the counter were definitely unprofessional. I'm okay with swearing; that doesn't bother me, but how would they know that? One guy didn't have a mask on for a while and drank out of a 2 liter of Diet Coke. It began to snow while I was outside getting the truck in order and they didn't offer to help or even ask if everything was okay. They just left for the day and didn't look back. Not to mention that I requested furniture pads and never got them. Now I have to hope that my furniture isn't damaged in transit.Update: My furniture IS damaged. If I had been notified, I would've purchased them elsewhere. I am FURIOUS.

Do NOT reserve a car with this company. I did a week before pickup, charged my card and then they sent me an email saying they gave my RESERVED car to someone else. Then I had to pick another at an extra 150.00 charge. So I cancelled and they charged me 50 bucks to do that.

Very unprofessional would NOT RECOMMEND .Had car reserved over week they confirmed took the money went get car they HAD NONE! WERE NOT APOLOGETIC OR WILLING TO TRY CORRECT SITUATION.AND THEY SAY HAVE WAIT LIKE WEEK FOR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED.In fact Lady had nerve have attitude.DEFINETLEY WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN .CALLED ENTERPRISE HAD A CAR IN 20 MINUTES NO PROBLEM AND WAS CHEAPER AND NICER .
