They say they specialize in pet care industry business insurance, the company they connected me with (Hanover) dropped pet care service program participants after only 8 months of having insurance with them, so now Im scrambling once again to find insurance. Governor did not bother to contact any of us in this sector to help or notify. Talk about doing the bare bones. Not a fan.

Christina was phenomenal! I had originally signed up for one company through the governors and I’ve had it for seven years. There was a glitch in the system and we were waiting for a callback for a reinstatement and did not get one for four weeks. In the meantime Christina set me up with another company. She got me a better rate, better coverage, and better service! I speak highly of them definitely use Governors!

Governor Insurance and Grange Insurance. I was injured on a property insured by these people and didnt get so much as a medical bill paid by them. The injury was a catastropic leg injury that left me having a few surgeries and permanant damage that i will deal with forever. How they deal with a claim is to pay an Attorney ( Frank Mazgai) to lie, cheat and steal and potentially bribe a judge to get the case tossed out! Yes a legitimate injury, a legitamite claim and instead of doing whats right, they pay an attorney $50000 to fight the claim and strand victim with a bunch of unpaid medical bills. Dont ever believe the insurance companies or a lawyer will look out for your best interests. Definite corruption!So next time you walk in the office look around, and realize these people are not looking out for anyones best interest! They are in the biggest theiving business known in modern day business.

They didn’t get it right on their side soooo... I paid for years just to find out that my property wasn’t covered when I had a claim. Let’s see. I need coverage for a vacant building that is being remodeled. How is that confusing? It’s a good thing it didn’t burn down or I would have really been screwed .

After calling in the morning to get insurance on a new vehicle, I was sent to vm and left a message. At 4pm the same day I hadn't gotten a call back so I called them. Spoke with Joyce who said since it was late in the day she'd have to get back with me tomorrow. Never heard from her the next day by noon so called and found out that since it was the Friday before labor day they were closed. Joyce knew that when she lied and said I'll call you tomorrow with your quote. Did she expect me to go until Tuesday the following week without coverage? Thank goodness for the Geico app - I didn't have to speak or wait on a “Joyce†to call me back. Within 10 minutes I was covered and had my proof of insurance. Good luck dealing with these people at Governors.

I've tried contacting this company for a quote after my mother in law and husband recommended them with multiple attempts and not a single return email or phone call. Guess they aren't very interested in my money.

After looking into a new insurance agent I realized what an average agent Bobby at Governor Insurance really is. I have a new agent at a different company and I can now see just how disinterested and unhelpful Bobby has been over the years. I now have better coverage at a better price and an agent that cares. Glad I shopped around.
