“My car’s hybrid system malfunctioned and died in my garage. I called Bud’s to take it to the dealership. Steve I believe his name was, used the proper equipment for my car based on being AWD and the position it was parked. He knew where the neutral gear override was. He gave me a ride to the dealer so I could get a loaner. The truck was clean. Steve worked it out with the dealer where to drop it off and since my car’s issue was under warranty, he worked it out with them so that the tow was covered for me. I likely would’ve paid assuming I had to. They’re a professional service and I highly recommend them.”

“As always, I had a great experience with Muffley's! My car was having some exhaust issues after repairs were made at another collision center under my insurance claim and the first shop ultimately caused more problems and even refused to take the vehicle back in to reassess it further. After working with my insurance company and the wonderful staff at Muffley's, they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The staff is super friendly, honest, and my car is running perfectly now—huge thanks to the team! Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic.”

“Huge shout out to Carl for getting myself & my vehicle back home safely after unexpectedly breaking down at 7PM last Friday night. Carl is an absolute professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about my specific type of vehicle and he explained the entire process while treating my vehicle with the same care as if it were his own. We had a great chat as he gave me a ride back home. I greatly appreciate all his hard work and friendly attitude.”
