“The service advisor was outstanding. But…when I looked at the diagnostic sheet that was left on the seat of my car was for a different car. So, aI do not know what codes were found on my car. I knew something was wrong when I noticed it was the wrong year, mileage and VIN number.”

“I took my 1993 Ford F-250 in to get a power steering pump replace with a power steering pump I bought because the power steering was cutting out halfway into a turn in either direction. They were honest and up front to let me know that I would need a steering gearbox and a line. As far as I can see they did good work and were very open about the whole process. It came up to around $700 in total and I'll definitely use this shop again here on out if everything holds up well that was replaced ?”

That being said, the price was exceptionally reasonable. If you are concerned about this, I would suggest you make it extremely clear that you wish to be contacted before any additional work is done. However, in my experience you will be pleasantly surprised at how they go the extra mile to ensure your repairs are done right and fully. And add a good rate.”

“Came to eastern Ohio for the Thanksgiving holiday. I ran over some highway shrapnel on I-70 that sliced the left front sidewall. I was able to catch them open on Wednesday by phone. On that call they had me pull info from the sidewall of the tire and they were able to order it. They called me first thing Friday morning to tell me that the tires came in. I arrived at 9:00 and was out of there in just 30 minutes. Quick and easy.”

“I’m had some work done on my suspension. Quality work, reasonable price and friendly, professional staff. I’ve had problems finding an honest shop that does good work and doesn’t take you over the coals on prices. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles back here to get work done. Also, for the first time ever at any shop I’ve been to, the owner said to me “If you have any problems at all with the work we did, please give me a call”. The work was done perfectly but it went a long way with me that he even said that. Honest guy who takes pride in his business”

“I've brought my olds mobile here a few times now, and every time so far they have been awesome. Nice, patient, informative with any questions or concerns. I had looked into buying my own replacement break pads and rotors from a store and paying a friend to put em on, but it ended up being cheaper just to go here. Have also helped with battery replacement and a few other things I can't remember. Definitely will be going to them with anything in the future”
“Girlfriend had a slow leak in the rear tire. Called and they said bring it on by. Found a nail, fixed the tire, and had us out in about 25 minutes. Super friendly, great service, and the repair price was way lower than I figured. Do business with these guys, they'll take care of you.”

They are patient and friendly as I discuss with my old man about the best choice and when I am asking them more questions for clarity. They don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm female. The old man brought me up working on cars so my short fall is the way the computers have changed what you can do at home. I appreciate when mechanics can understand that and talk to me at my level.”
