Most unprofessional bunch of guys I have ever dealt with. One guy is so loud talking on the phone at the counter that was the only thing you could hear. Called about the part before coming to get it and when I asked they asked no one knew what I was talking about.

My car overheated on Rt 76 just a mile west of Wadsworth. I cooled the engine down and drove to AutoZone, just off the freeway. The gentlemen who were working were incredibly helpful. They filled the coolant up and helped me make sure I didn't have an emergent leak before I headed on my way. The best $14 repair I've ever had! And best of all they didn't treat me like an idiot for letting my coolant run dry.

My check engine light was on so I went to AutoZone and they hooked some little gizmo up to it and told me what was wrong with it and then I took that piece of paper too American muffler

They have some young people that have poor manners working there and don't know much about Cars which is ironic to me

Ryan and Adam saved the day! I had a dead battery, went to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), was sold a battery, but told they would not be able to install the new battery for me (that it would take them 45 min) and I would need to find another place to do it for an additional fee. I drove across the street to AutoZone and Ryan and Adam not only were happy to help me, but they were able to install the battery in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. I will most definitely be coming to AutoZone for any future car needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Mixed review this time at the Wadsworth Store... Look I don't usually have any issues at the auto zone... tried to tell the guy that I needed a metric threaded brake line after I proved him wrong with what I had in hand... I was still told that doesn't exist... no argument... I left went across the street got what I needed... just figured I would share this with him and help him grow in knowledge... Metric/ Standard... Dumb#*@...

Very helpful also called a mechanic that is a customer there. They went the xtra mile and was very appreciative.

I won't be going there no more there's always a wait there even before COVID me and my husband. Went there and there was one person working they must have been training somebody so the other person can't do anything to help anybody they were outside for 10 to 15 minutes helping somebody
