“Some years ago we bought a Dutailier glider since they were the local dealer. We had to order it in order to get the exact configuration. The buying experience was very good.I recently stopped in to look at some flooring. They had most of the lights off in that area of the store when I arrived, but they did turn them on for me. They had the Mannington LVT that I wanted to look at on display, so that was nice. They have a decent selection of other flooring too.I realize Rufener's is a small local retailer that is likely struggling like so many others. But they really need to invest some money in good LED lighting, something with a high CRI so you can get a real idea of colors. Their old HID lighting makes it impossible to get a true feel for the colors of their wares.”
