Would not ever recommend this crooked bank. They will over charge and actually put house mortgage payment on car payment . And then refund the check in wrong name

For the last 5 years, every time I have needed to call this branch, it takes me over an hour and consistent calling to get in contact with anyone. Nobody is ever picking up the phone or the phones must be always busy. You simply cannot get ahold of this branch. Then, they are so quick to dismiss you to their website or another phone number. They told me that you cannot remove yourself from a joint account unless you are in person at a branch. The number on the back of the card didn’t work because it was old, and the security code no longer worked. Finally, since that number and the Wadsworth branch were no help, I looked up other Chase customer service numbers. They helped me remove myself in less than one minute over the phone. I like working with Chase/JP Morgan, but the Wadsworth branch could do better.

Would not recommend banking here especially as a business. They expect you to be the only person to drop off deposits or get change and they will not only need your debit card but also your ID. Just ridiculous and much of a hassle. I've worked for many other businesses that were able to send employees to the bank to drop deposits or get change

Can't get ahold of anyone at the branch. Calls are routed back to the corporate chase line. After 4 people who couldn't help me on the corporate customer service line, I was "dumped" into a local voice mail box.

Chase is an app, That allows the mid, price range to shorten in to a small amount of cash/or dept charges and has reasonable fees to help better your life style or financial services.

Less than 60 days into having an account + a business account. I receive a letter stating Chase is closing the accounts. The reason: No one apparently can provide one.
