My phone's screen broke so I went in (with little kids in tow) and was back out with my new phone all set up in about 15 minutes. Thanks to Jessica for her fast awesome service! I described what I wanted in a phone and she went to the back to find me what I needed.

The sales rep Jonah at this location and his district manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. They made sure all of the things were handled and helped us out where they could. Super personable and professional and I would go to them with a problem with no doubt they'd fix it.

Had a great experience with Rachel in deciding on a new phone for a family member tonight. We didn't have a lot of time to research phones. She helped narrow down phones in our price range and gave us some pros and cons with the things we most wanted and set us up with accessories. Rachel was very personable, helpful, and friendly. We ran a few minutes past close with all the setup and she never made us feel rushed. Great customer service! So far we have been happy with the purchase and the transition was smooth and easy.
