I've been using this location for decades. The Pharmacists are the absolute best, totally knowledgeable, friendly and have gone the extra mile to help when there have been unforeseeable issues. Extra kudos to Brian and Gregg.
I've had to use CVS, Walmart and Giant Eagle both in Wadsworth and Barberton in the past and had bad experiences... especially with both CVS stores.
Thank you to Drug Mart...my FAVORITE place to shop and get my family's prescriptions!!

I use this place to fill all my prescriptions because of the convenience but they take nearly an entire day to fill any prescription the drug mart in Medina is 30 minutes or less. Something needs to be done about how long they take to just about anything

Script was sent over 24 hours before I go to pick up. Went to the counter lady told me be ready in 15 minutes. Waited in my car for more than 15 minutes to get a phone call that they do not have it. Great job drug mart.
Edit I will not change the review. They 100% wasted my time. This is in drugmarts control. They told me to come back in 15 minutes it will be ready . so I sat around and waited, Until I received a call. I will change the review someday if I decide to use drugmart and the service is good. Again I wasted my time driving there and then sitting. They had the script for over 24 hours in your system. Plenty of time to make a call stating they do not have either medication.

They have a water refill station in front of their store. It is 35¢ a gallon but the machine takes change only.

Over all pleasant employees. Store has a variety of products. Very clean and organized well. Sometimes a long wait for pharmacy.

Open until 10pm means being open until 10pm. Walked in at 9:45pm to purchase one item. All the employees were congregating at the front. Lights were off in half the store. One employee, I overheard, stated "looks like we have a customer, we won't be leaving anytime soon". You lost me as a customer.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! If you have options, don't come here! I am SO TIRED of getting screwed over by them!

I use this location frequently and like it. Last week 2 clerks by photo and the register were talking a lgbtq topic in a judgmental way. I would hope staff is educated to keep their personal opinions to themselves . I personally don’t tolerate hate or judging. I will come in again I think we all make mistakes. If I hear it again it would be my last time

There is an individual who works in the pharmacy department who needs to learn basic customer service practices. The person is surly, rude, unhelpful, and lacks basic manners like "please" and "thank you". Many clientele are older, and if this person doesn't like that, work elsewhere. And I did call the 1-800 number. A free monitor was offered to me and when I said why I was calling, she informed me it was their medical line and she'd transfer me to the right dept. She promptly dropped the call. Guess I'll go to mail order from now on. Sad.

My mother gets most of her prescriptions filled here and uses goodrx… most of the time the staff will adjust the price that it should be with no problem ? But lately it seems like when they see me walking up to the counter their body language instantly changes and I’m getting eye rolls. The price difference is not just a few dollars. They are running her insurance instead of good rx. And it seems as if me saving my mother money on her prescriptions (by asking for them to use her goodrx) is a huge inconvenience and bother to them. My mother is very sick with stage 4 breast cancer metastasized to bones and in respiratory failure. Just one of her meds (chemo) is $17,000.00 a month. No it doesn’t get filled with you guys. But I’m saying all this to say this… kindness is free. All I’m trying to do is pick up her meds at the right price and go about my day ??♀️ I get that some customers can be rude especially around the holidays (and ruin y’all’s day) but this started a couple months before that. I’m not asking for special treatment. But maybe think twice before rolling your eyes and laughing under your breath to the associate who got stuck with me. I have never been aggressive or rude. And to be fair it’s not all of the pharmacy staff, just 2 of them. Just be kind ?

Got a text at 1:15pm that my prescription was ready. Was in there about 5:30 PM to pick it up. well it’ll be a few minutes for us to mix it. I said ok and I asked them if they were able to flavor it so that my son will take it. They said that’ll be fine, stood there for like five minutes my kids having a meltdown because his ear hurts and he doesn’t feel good and he starts screaming and the lady behind the counter just glares at us and I ask her. Hey, is the prescription ready yet Since I got a text at 1:15 saying it was ready and she looks at me and she looks at the pharmacist and she looks at him with a smirk about it and then proceeds to come out and goes oh it’ll be a extra charge 2.99 for us to flavor it so since I had said some thing, so now they’re gonna charge me an extra 2.99 for them to flavor it. Why wasn’t that told to me sooner when I had asked them to flavor it before. So then I had to charge my card again to pay for the 2.99, now had they told me that before I would’ve had any problem, but I think they were just trying to make a point. I use this drug Mart because it’s convenient for me since it’s two minutes from my house. I’ll start going elsewhere. Were they actually come to the drive Thur window. Very stressful and frustrating.

Every single time I use this pharmacy, drive thru or walking inside the store, I wait at the very least 20 minutes. It seems as if nobody knows what is going on. Often the reason that I come here is for a prescription for my sick child who then has to sit and wait while not feeling well. In the drive thru I repeatedly have to hit the call button after waiting 20 minutes and it's like they didn't even know I was here even though it is the same person that I talked to in the first place and have already given all of my information to, they need it again, like I just got here. It's absolutely ridiculous.
