I took my daughter in with me to get nail art on her nails and Henson did an amazing job. Took his time and even watch a tutorial to do the best he could.. side note my daughter wanted stitch on her nails. That alone will keep me coming back

The gentleman doing my pedicure fell asleep multiple times while doing my pedicure. I never in my life have experienced something like this before. I even asked another staff member if he was ok. Not only that but he had a horrible cough and probably should have just stayed home today. My feet feel rough and worse than they did when I came in. There were dirty towels on the floor (I took a picture of one of them) I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Terrible experience. They went through my 16-year-old daughter’s purse for payment while she was under the nail dryer — completely inappropriate and invasive. They also cut up her cuticles and didn’t clean tools or stations between clients. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! my pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes. Absolutely no type of massage. Still have dry skin all on my feet. Expressed I was NOTTTTT HAPPY and he moved on to the next client & didn’t even try to make it better. Literally the worst experience I’ve had in a nail shop, save your money.

The prices are really the only thing that have saved this place. The people are friendly and they will always take a walk in. However, I spent $85 on a regular mani/pedi and stayed an extra 30 minutes after finish to make sure they were dry. I went in the evening and by the next morning at 10am my nails were chipped. I don't even work a manual labor job or anything.
I went back a month later and only got a toe polish change and got gel polish this time. The nail tech destroyed my toes with the rotating file. You can see the scabs on my toes in the picture. Gel polish has been great and still looks good a week later. Just really disappointed that she took the skin off my toes. May have to find a new place.

My mom has been in the cosmetology industry my whole life and now she gives the cosmetology exams. Them having people working in there that have no idea how to do half the services is insane to me and I don't understand how it's legal. I paid almost $80 for a full set of acrylics and they look like straight s*** and look like something I had did myself. I really feel like I'm going to call my mom and see if there's something I can do to have someone go in there and check their work and their license and stuff because this is insane to me and then they didn't even want to do the nail design and stuff that I wanted I had to get just a straight solid color. I do not recommend this place at all. It was an older gentleman with glasses that did my nails. I literally just left there 545 April 23rd 2025i was first chair right in front of the door. They are lumpy all misshapen air bubbles looks like I did them myself. Maybe next time when it's time for a balance ill read reviews and go off that. Won't be going here for fill in. I have left over acrylic on my fingers and back of nails.

Can’t say I’ve ever had a great experience here, but it’s a convenient location for me so I occasionally make the stop (Until today, location definitely not worth it) Went in for a pedicure, polish was extremely thick… looked like it was coming out like the consistency of glue…2 1/2 hours later still tacky and not drying and they started to smudge.. If you’ve ever used old crappy nail polish, you know these were never going to dry.
I went back same day to have them fix it. They told me it was my fault and it takes a full 24 hours for nail polish to dry unless you get gel (probably the most unrealistic thing I’ve ever heard). They tried using acetone and smudging out the chips/smudges. Looked terrible. You could feel how tacky the polish was…I’ve had many MANY pedicures and have never had polish look like this. Told them they could take the polish off and I can go somewhere else, they told me to pick a new color.
They couldn’t just take responsibility that the polish was bad and make an easy fix, they had to make a big deal that it was my fault and that regular polish is thick and takes 24 hrs to dry.
Just save your money and go somewhere else.

It’s always busy so they rush the services to get to the next customer. I had a gel manicure done, the gel on one hand fell off within a week.
