“I love this location everyone is very helpful and friendly. I've never seen anyone smoking or being rude like other reviews said. I don't think people realize a lot of these people are doing the jobs of 2 people you have to ring register and put product up in between customers and if you constantly have customers you can't get product put up. That's why there is product down aisles sometimes. These employees are trying their best for real y'all need to lighten up.”
“I love this little store. What are you looking for? It’s probably here. The employees are friendly and helpful. I buy cheap little toys here for kids in my neighborhood. And balloons to decorate my wife’s car on her birthday. $2 for a helium filled balloon that is still floating 2.5 months later!”
“I am very HAPPY. My wife ordered three cases of candles for a memorial for our daughter that passed away from cancer. I was notified they were in at this location. I came to pick them up and was told they never arrived. However the manager Laura came to my rescue. She found 36 candles in the stock room to save the day. God bless Laura and her family. She was so kind!!!! The world needs more people like her!!!!”

“This is one of my favorite stores because the workers are pleasant, and they have a reasonable amount of grocery items that I often run out of mid-week. It's organized and easy to find what I need without having to spend too much time. I also like that there's never a line of shoppers, as the case with the larger, stores.”
“What the heck is this dollar tree, it’s so clean and the flooring is nice than most homes lol. No trash,dirt marks or scuffs to be found. The bagging is a little slow but will make sure Nothing breaks.”

People that work at family dollar are very kind and friendly. They will help you if you ask.
They can’t help coming out of the Covid pandemic, and no one wanting to work. To now with the economy and still, nobody wants to work.
People have some empathy and be kind to others. Or you could be working there and asked to do 20 things and not being able to accomplish it all.
If you feel that way, go back to Giant Eagle or Acme I’ll stay here!!!!”

“This store is wonderful. I love to shop there cause they have an isle which everything in it is $1.00. They have cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, medicine cabinet supplies also house hold things ect. The employees are nice and the store inside and out is kept pretty clean. So I give this place 2 thumbs up!”
“For the short staffing and hours this store has, they're doing a great job. Shelves are getting stocked with lots of options and all items are marked if they're above $1.25, and the staff does their best to accommodate customers. Honestly can't complain, I've seen worse Dollar Tree's around the Akron area.”

“Great employees. Very pleasant and kind. Corporate doesn't treat them right however. How do they have 2 people on shift and both expected to unload and stock shelves while also running register possibly able to get anything done??
Also, corporate does not update prices on shelves to software, so you need to pay attention when at checkout. The price discrepancy is NOT the employees fault! They will override/fix it if you say something (politely!!).
I love Norton DG employees and won't shop at any other DG. ??”
