ECS Tuning is a reputable online retailer specializing in German-made OEM parts for various vehicles, including popular models like the Jetta and MINI. Customers appreciate the good quality of parts offered at lower prices compared to dealerships. The website is user-friendly, and shipping rates are considered fair. Many reviews highlight the excellent customer service, with staff being accommodating and responsive to inquiries about orders and delivery times. Fast shipping is also a common theme, with customers receiving their parts quickly.
However, some customers advise caution when ordering specific items, such as aftermarket parts, as compatibility issues can arise. ECS Tuning has a lifetime renewal program that helps ease the costs of repairs for older vehicles, though some customers note that certain items can be expensive. Overall, ECS Tuning is viewed as a reliable and efficient source for automotive parts, with many customers expressing a desire to continue using their services for future needs.
Great website layout. Got my OEm parts delivered fast. Even had to contact CS to switch something in my order and they took care of me.

They have good product choice, some hard to find at other suppliers, and easy returns. Not much to complain about; shipping could be a bit swifter. I'll buy from them again.
