I go because its close. That's about it. Messy store, not enough employees, self checkout fully functional rarely.Perfect location for this side of town, but if any competitor opens nearby, they will go out of business.

location cannot handle routine shipping , cannot scan QR codes and print shipping label. essentially just a drop box in a store. FedEx is a miserable bare-bones company

Awesome customer service people here! I had a fax not go through, had to come back to scan and email it. They refunded the 10 dollar fax.
