Their service is not great anymore. I’ve an account with them since I was a minor. Their communication skills are horrible. Their service used to be awesome.

5/3 is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They serviced an auto loan, there was a payment issue (wrong amount posted) I got an email saying I didn't pay my loan - my mistake. I call their 800 number to make it right - I get transferred to India and hung up on 5 times - of which 4 of the agents I couldn't understand a single word they were saying. I asked to be connected to US customer service so I could resolve it, hung up on. Finally get to US customer service hung up on again while they are looking at the loan. Did they call me back ? Of course not. I will never service a car loan with this company again - outsourced agents that cant do anything. We have several business accounts as well that we will be closing. I have never had such horrible customer service from a financial institution. Got to love the billions in profit and you out source call centers to people who cant answer any questions. Never again with 5/3.

Years ago this bank was awesome. Now….wow! We paid off our car loan and have not received our title. We have tried to call and find out where it is and we were out on hold for 10 minutes, gave all of our info and then finally transferred to the car loan dept only to be disconnected after being on hold for another 10 minutes. Then we called back and they are telling us we are giving us the wrong info. The info we had to give them was our name, address, Ssn and zip code. How could you mess up? Called back again and they are telling us our card is locked because we tried to logon too many times!!!!! WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CARD!!! Never again!!!

This branch is serious about customer service. I filled out a survey I received in my email. I mentioned an issue I had with obtaining rolls of coins, and the next day I received a call from the manager of this location. She was not only helpful with answering my questions, but she offered a solution to help me. Excellent service!

My favorite branch!! I always feel welcomed and get their undivided attention. The employees at this branch actually care about you and make amazing conversation. They’re always asking “how’s work”, “how’s mom”, “how’re the animals”, etc. They know me well and that’s a true “fifth third better”. Outstanding customer service.
