Frank and Brandon(managers) are wonderful to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time with each and every customer to thoroughly explain things. They truly take pride in the services they provide and I will continue to be a customer!

2 out of 3 oil changes resulted in pinched oil filter gaskets and a very oily garage floor. Techs seem very young and never the same ones. Separate visit it took 4 tries to properly balance tires, shook like hell when I left.. I still ended up at the Summit Mall store for balancing.

Service has went downhill. Every time you call they have no idea how to find your account or cannot seem to find any history. I tried to order tires multiple times. The last time I was there I was given a quote and they cannot find it. Even though I have the quote on my hands. Not sure if there was a change in management or what is going on. However at this point I am taking my business elsewhere. These people have incredibly disorganized. There used to be a very nice man that ran the facility very well. Maybe he retired. Not sure. But it’s frustrating.

I just left the Goodyear store in Wadsworth. You should be very disappointed to know that Eric, who appears to be the service manager, is very rude and unhelpful. The way he speaks to customers is awful, it’s like he doesn’t want to help them and he certainly doesn’t want to put any extra effort in to helping anyone. I witnessed this with his phone calls and in person interactions, including my own. The one guy that came in was treated like he was a huge inconvenience. I have a tire with a hole in it that was denied replacement by my fleet company because Eric didn’t include tread depth, which of course he blamed on my fleet company. The last several experiences I’ve had at this store have been unpleasant since Marty left.

Went to get my two right tires fixed. One was flat and the other was only 20 PSI after just putting air in the tires with the tire light on. Got my car there around 8:30, the guy at the front desk said that it wouldn’t be looked at until at least 3 in the afternoon, it was done by 12:30. Excellent service and didn’t expect it to be done that soon. I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the only complaint I have is the fact that the guy at the front desk didn’t seem like he wanted to be working. Other than that, excellent service and as soon as I went out to my car and started it, tire light went off right away

I am so happy with this team's work on my car and customer service. Thank you to the whole team working today! Everyone who assisted us was very polite and helpful, efficient and professional. I had some brake work done, a parking cable replaced, a couple belts replaced, and a bar replaced. The repairs were done MUCH faster than I anticipated. A different auto repair shop had previously quoted me an arm and a leg to fix my VW's parking brake problem, and told me it was a complicated problem that would take a whole day. Everything done in less than 4 hours. And I am guessing they are extremely busy due to an impending storm. The repairs were done affordably, and something I thought needed replacement was in good shape, they were honest and thorough explaining the work. I will be happy to bring my car back, what a great team of people who helped me today.

Goodyear's brake inspections aren't actually brake inspections. They don't disassemble anything. This led to a massive oversight that put my son in danger.
