I had my haircut on 9/15/25, I was lucky enough to get Jasmine, she did an Excellent job, she was pleasant to talk with. I will definitely request her for my next cut.

I went in to the Wadsworth Crossings location quite nervous! I wanted to chop my hair off lol. I checked in online and got seated as soon as I walked in. April was my stylist. She is AMAZING! Very respectful and patient. She explained what she was going to do very well which put my nerves at ease! She ended up cutting about 4-5 inches off! I haven't had short hair in years! I absolutely love my hair now! I definitely recommend April!

Just got one of the best cuts ever!! I believe her name was Jasmine. Excellent service and amazing hair stylist. Best cut I've had in as long as I can remember.. thank you for the great job. I can only hope to have her in the future.

I’ve gone to GreatClips a few times over the past little while and almost every single time I have gotten my hair butchered. I just came home from getting a haircut and I feel absolutely disgusted with the way I look. I now fully understand why everyone I know complains about going to GreatClips, because I have never had a positive experience with this place. Overall mediocre company and I will not be recommending to anyone.

No more getting hair cut at this location. I come in at this location every time I need hair cut and I have had good hair cut in past but not anymore. Every time lately I leave with disappointment and regret coming in. Don’t want to say anything to staffs face for bad hair cut because don’t want to ruin their day or make them feel bad but I am done. This location is not worth coming in anymore. I went to different location and pay again to fix my hair. Had to go to different location to cut and fix the way I wanted.

My child has been going to Great Clips for years and has always been happy with the service. I especially like the online check-in feature. It's so convenient to be able to check in before I even leave the house and then just walk in and get my haircut without having to wait. The staff is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Great Clips to anyone looking for a great haircut at a reasonable price.

I walked in and an older lady greeted me and started cutting my hair, she asked me what I wanted and I told her to cut me down to a 1 on the sides and take a little bit off of the top and we will see where we go from there, she then proceeded to comb my hair for about 30 minutes while using the scissors to cut my hair down, it was kind of freaking me out how much she was playing with my hair, and she didn’t do anything I said I wanted and did her approach to what I said, I then paid and she tried talking me into some hair products, I said no and left as fast as possible, I then went to a different great clips to get my hair fixed the way I wanted in the first place
