First employee was very reluctant to help us with our patio furniture selection during the yellow tag sale. Removed the yellow tag to find out how much we were saving on the “deal”… and come to find out, it was the same as the original price. Some sale. Once we brought this to the employees attention, they wouldn’t adjust it. I mean the set had been sat in, used, and abused as a floor model. And they wouldn’t give a discount? Ridiculous. When we bought the set after using a military discount, nobody would help us load it into the vehicle. Will not be coming back to Home Depot. LOWES is far more helpful and honest!

Kim (I believe that's her name) in the tool rental department was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend with our rentals of a pickup truck and a trailer in May 2024. I promised her that I would fill out the survey but just now got around to it and see that the link is expired. Hence why I am now here, hoping someone sees this because she deserves the recognition and to be rewarded for her great customer service in some way. Thank you Kim (I hope that's your name!) you made a stressful situation much less stressful and you are very much appreciated! ?

Poor management! Don't waste your time applying here for a part time job, nothing but delays and very stressful hr department /headquarters and local... clueless!!
Nobody knows about the hiring process...
Be careful here too many hands in the hiring department...

Don't ever try and reserve something fro. The tool rental dept. They completely messed up my reservation and then made we wait forever why they tried to locate a manager. Thanks for wasting my time. ?

They want $150 deposit to rent a vehicle but they want $400 deposit to rent a jackhammer.....Does anyone else see something really wrong here??

This Hope Depot is a good store and is set up like all the others. They are very consistent and their prices and products are competitive with other big box home improvement stores.

I was shopping in store and at the cash register the cashier AUDREY… was so kind, respectful, thanks for shopping at this store.. was a nice experience.I’m working in Medina close to other HD but I’m shopping here bc of respectful peoples
