“My car was damaged/vandalized and I made a police report. Went into Alex Wakefield State Farm office in Akron to talk to them about it. Nick was in the office ans I had a other matter to discuss ans he handled it, I then mentioned my car being damaged and I wanted to file a claim. Nick looked up my insurance provided me with my policy number and the phone number to claims dept. Nick said call them, they are really good. So as soon as I got back ro my car ai called State Farm Claims dept..the woman on the line took my info. Explained everything about the process, told me Enterprise rental car will be calling you. She had a list of auto repair places she named one. And I asked about Summit Collision Pros she said they are on our list of vendors. I said I want Summit. As Im talking to her on the phone enterprise car rental is calling me. When my vall ended with claims dept. I called summit collision pros. They already had my info they answered my questions about the repair and state farm. We scheduled when I would drop car off. They let me know that an enterprise car rental rep has an office at their location. So everything was a one stop service. Summit Collision Pros gave me updates on the repair and let me know when repair was completed. I picked up my car and left rental car at Summit collision pros. Thr entire experience was handled very professionally. The service from all 3 State Farm, Enterprise ans Summit Collision Pros was 5 stars. Ive never filed a claim with State Farm and was so impressed with the claims dept coordinating my repair. It was seamless. I am so grateful to state farm and that kind woman in claims that helped me.”
