“I worked with Susan McClain to schedule a 10 day hiking trip to Arizona in late August for my brother and I. Susan did a very good job of scheduling flights, hotel reservations and SUV rental. She paid close attention to our needs and flight seating desires and provided extra help in defining luggage restrictions and weight information. “I am a member of the Auto-Owners Insurance company, and recently needed to contact them as my vehicle had been hit in a parking lot, and the owner of that vehicle failed to identify themselves nor leave any contact information. I was contacted by Robert Astor, a representative of Auto-Owners Insurance. He discussed all the steps I needed to follow as well as who to contact for the repairs and rental vehicles. The repair took approximately two weeks, and when I picked my vehicle back up yesterday, it looked good as new.
