I just found out that my tax preparer Steve Mondl is now the lead preparer at the downtown Wadsworth Jackson Hewitt office. Steve has done my taxes for the past 4 yrs and I look forward to having him prepare my taxes again this year.If you want to know more about what his clients think of him over the past 3 years, read the Google reviews from the Barberton Magic City Plaza office. Today I came at Jackson Hewitt to do my tax,here at Wadsworth downtown and I was helped with this 2 amazing guys who works here.Steve and Amanda were really helpful and definitely knows what they are doing.I highly recommend them if you haven’t done your taxes yet.I don’t really do review that often,but these two deserved my 5 stars rating.Thank you Steve and Amanda!I am very happy and satisfied with all of your help.See you again next year. ?

Steve was very friendly and quick to help. He even explained a few things to me about why taxes are filed in the way that they are. I've been going here for 3 years and it beats the hassle of trying to do it alone. I would always recommend this office and it's staff.

Absolutely loved Steve, very knowledgeable and offers very good advice!! Took the time to make sure I understood everything he was talking about. I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about but take mine for what it’s worth and give him a try!! This is the first year I ever filed my taxes in person and I was super skeptical, the price was really decent, and they take every step to make sure it’s prepared correctly. Stop in, ask for Steve.

Met with Melissa to pick up my taxes and she was careful to make sure my city tax was correct. She also gave me a discount as a price match for another tax agency. Wish it was a little cheaper, but glad I at least got the discount.

Steve was very pleasant and right to the point with knowledge and understanding of the purpose of your visit. He made sure that your in the loop of everything that’s going on as well as allowing you to see whats entered before it’s finalized. Would recommend him to anyone in the Wadsworth area.
