I’m adding this to my review being that Johnny wants to spread his lies to the internet…
I placed a note in the box when I sent my wheel hub to Johnny’s stating exactly what I wanted…a 18x2.15 chrome wheel laced with stainless steel spokes to my hub and a 90/90-18 tire. I preferably wanted a tire that matches the thread of my rear Shinko tire. Never once did we discuss any other tire size or was I advised a tire size…I knew exactly what I wanted and needed or asked for any advice from him! At first they said they couldn’t find a chrome rim until I stated a friend of mines had a chrome wheel made by them not long ago with a 90/90-18 tire on a 2.15” wheel! He looked at the customers invoice and said he would get me straight. A week or so later he called saying the wheel is complete and we discussed tire brand options, said he would check his stock and call me back. Ten minutes later he called saying he found a Kenda tire that closely matches my Shinko, said he would mount it up and send it out to me. I received my wheel with a 100/90-18 tire…not what I asked for! When I called he kept trying to say we had conversations about tire size and I agreed to a 100/90-18 tire…nothing but a lie! He took no responsibility, blaming it on me. He only offered to refund tire price but would not cover the shipping. That’s totally unacceptable and not good business when you made the mistake. Once again I told him what I specifically wanted, I needed no extra advice from him about what I wanted!! He has made the wheel/tire combo I asked for in the past for the customer I referred to earlier with no issues.
Very poor Customer service from the owners!! Made a mistake on tire size for a wheel I have them put together. Refused ownership of the mistake putting it on me by making up conversations that we never had about the tire size! More concerned about future customers rather than taking care of existing customers!

I would stay away from this place at all costs !! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner is grooming his son to take over and he's even more rude then the old man !!!

Ordered a throttle cable for my 1982 klt200. Had spent about a month of my free time trying to get it running after sitting for 20 years. This throttle cable fixed my final issue with the 3 wheeler and she's finally up and running! The part was shipped and delivered extremely quick. Very happy with the service and the part. Thanks!

The absolute best since the 80s. They have the best Kaw inventory that is organized I have ever seen. They will work with your budget and can restore (especially Kawasaki) to exactly your level desired. I had them bring mine up to a safe rider level. When I can afford "show" this is the shop I will go back to hands down. G.O.A.T (greatest of all time)

Last week I stopped by and asked for help with my Honda CB750, a bike they don't work on as they don't have parts for Hondas. Kenny from their team went a step ahead and gave me a few pointers on how I could diagnose and fix the issue myself. It worked !! For such customer service, wish they did Hondas.
