This branch is always been very helpful however my issue is with Key Bank as a company. I have spent the last week going in circles with their customer service and fraud department over the phone. I was scammed out of money, I take the fault for falling for a scam. The issue is their fraud department has denied my claim because I willingly sent the money and the bank upheld their part by transferring the money. They do not care that I was scammed out of hard earned money and said there was no recourse to get my funds back because the bank did nothing wrong in the transaction. Do not use this bank, ever, they enable scammers to continue harming people, while refusing to do anything about the issue.

I’ve banked here for years. My needs are simple and I mainly use the ATM. But whenever I have had a question or a problem, they’ve done a good job addressing it.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Graybeal at this location. While I would not recommend banking with KeyBank to my worst enemy, I appreciate the care and attention I received at this branch. She solved my problem when corporate was uninterested in helping me.

BRANCH MANAGER claimed to be giving me full access to the shared bank account with myself and my mother. Apparently, she completely removed me! Only found out because the new card I had sent in the mail wouldn't activate because they closed it because I was no longer associated with the account! Was told they caught the issue right after we left the bank, but neither of us received a phone call, text, email, or ANYTHING. Was left to find out myself now almost two days later. Now I have to not only go back in to fix this because im not associated with MY OWN MONEY, but I have to wait for ANOTHER new card.

Rude and severely understaffed. Had an appointment and found out that the only person who could help had gone home sick. They made no attempt to contact us so we had to waste a trip including the inconvenience of taking time off of work.
