Just had my hair cut and colored by Kendall. She did an amazing job. Took her time with me, explained products being used and was very friendly.

Everyone is so friendly, including my stylist, and I noticed that they keep things very clean. The hair is always being swept and it is a very nice place to be. I also feel like the prices are very reasonable. The courtesy texts are wonderful as well. I have found my new place to have my hair done!
**UPDATED 9/30/2025: I’ve had 2 more haircuts since my initial review and unfortunately things have not gone as well as I originally thought they would. My original haircut was a bob and I brought a picture to reference. I ended up needing to come back and have it fixed which yielded a better result but the haircut looked nothing like the pic I brought in. The 2nd haircut I got a pixie cut which again turned out okay, but didn’t really resemble the picture and I had to come back again to have the back fixed because it was very crooked. On my 3rd haircut (9/27), I said I’m growing out the pixie back to a bob and brought a picture to reference. I just needed a few scraggly bits cleaned up, especially in the back at the hair line. We definitely had a miscommunication about what the stylist was going to do with the clippers (with a guard added) and once I felt what she was doing my heart sank because it was not at all what I thought we had discussed. Unfortunately once she started it was too late to stop. When I saw the back, especially at the hair line, I was shocked at how bad it looked. When I brought it up to the stylist she said she didn’t do it. That that is my natural hair line. It’s hard to explain but it looks like pieces were cut out of it in chunks at the hairline. Honestly, I didn’t have the heart to argue, I just wanted out of there.
I understand it takes time to figure things out when starting with a new stylist, but we just don’t seem to communicate well with each other and I don’t think I’ll be going back. The customer service is great, everyone is very friendly, but my haircuts haven’t really been very good overall. For that reason I’ve dropped from 5 stars to 3.

Took my daughter here to get a haircut after several bad haircuts from her old place. Morgan was amazing and did exactly what my daughter asked her to do. Needless to say, she found her new go to place for haircuts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

From the owner, to shop, and to the hair cut the experience was awesome. Communication was quick, they greet you with beverages while you wait, and the stylist asks all the question to make sure you get what your looking for.
A big difference here is the stylist, the hostess, the owner all work together. Its not just renting a space and cutting hair. They are a team that supports each other to create a great customer experience.

My daughter (17) loves getting her hair cut here. She has really long hair and dislikes going to get her hair cut anywhere else because of the amount of healthy hair they take off. Every time we’ve been here, Morgan listens and doesn’t cut more than she needs to or does the perfect amount of layering if my daughter asks for it. Her haircuts always make her hair look silky, feel healthy, and are always even. From recommending hair products to hair styling, Morgan and the stylists here are always kind and happy to help.

I was all around disappointed from start to finish. I made appts for my daughter-in-law and myself. Now before going further I will mention that my d-i-l was perfectly (100%) happy with the visit. I made appt and was assigned to Renee. I received multiple calls and texts to make sure we would be there.For the $$ i figured we would spend, i expected us both to have our own stylist, especially since we called in advance. Not only did Renee do my hair, but also my d-i-l and some other lady they scheduled. I will not complain about that since Mallory kept us flowing while Renee worked on three paying customers at once. Mallory gave the best shampoo and i highly recommend but please know that you get charged for the shampoo that allows them to remove color out of your hair. They charge for every movement you make without giving an option to do without, but again, no complaints there aside from a shampoo and rinse that should have been included in the hair color being $25 per person. After all was said and done we got the bill which i figured would be pricey but i still had to pay the tip. The machine started at 20% and only went up. With spending over three hundred dollars for both of us not including tax or tip, to get partial highlights and a trim, i was sticker shocked, especially since we shared our time and left quickly. My hair was rushed and i am thoroughly disappointed with what i will have to live with until this grows out, but my d-i-l looks absolutely gorgeous, but she did entering the shop, so theres that. Will i return? No chance. I wanted a place closer than the Zen salon in Westlake that i go to since i used to live in that area. I am sure there are other salons that i could try after this mess on my head grows out but i have learned a valuable lesson. If you have a good but distant favorite place, Legacy taught me to stick to what you know. Please keep in mind that i stated my d-i-l was happy with her hair. Maybe i just got used to getting what i pay for.
