The store was reasonably clean, the things I was looking for were where they should be.
I didn't require any special help in the store, but the cashier was friendly.
The store did seem well stocked, and had the selection you would expect at a box store.

Was in Lowe’s on Father’s Day and Kelly saw that I was in the store with my 3 little kids. She could see how excited they were for me to get the inflatable pool inflated. Only issue was the pool had an odd port for inflation that I didn’t have and couldn’t find in the store. Kelly went aisle to aisle looking for potential solutions. Then she went to another associate (Jim) and got some ideas. They brainstormed and came up with a solution that worked and saved the day and week (with this heat wave) for the kids. Many thanks to whole team at the Wadsworth Lowe’s.

I recently purchased 3 new closet doors from Lowe's: 2 RELIABILT Trident 48-in x 80-in White K-frame Prefinished Mdf Sliding Doors and 1 RELIABILT 36-in x 84-in White Primed K-frame Mdf Single Bypass Barn Door. I also purchased PVC trim board as needed for the barn door.
Twyla told me that I would receive a call when all items arrived at the store, which would be no later than June 1. June 1 came and went, and I received no call. A few days later, I called the store to speak to Twyla but had to leave a message. She never returned my call. After a couple more days went by with no response, I emailed Twyla for an update. After I texted the contractor, I finally received an automated call to schedule installation. I had to take off work for the installation and then received a phone call from Lowe's at the exact date and time that the contractor was due to arrive to install the doors. Lowe's told me that the contractor had told them that they had called to let me know they were canceling the installation due to the weather. (It had rained earlier in the day but was not raining at the time of the scheduled installation.) I told the Lowe's employee that no, the contractor had neither called nor left a message about any cancellation. She didn't make any apology and just said someone would be in touch to reschedule.
The installation was rescheduled for one week after the original installation date, and Lowe's scheduled delivery of the items 2 days prior to the new installation date. When the doors were delivered by a 3rd party, I specifically asked about additional items for the installation. The delivery team told me that they knew nothing about it and are "just a 3rd party."
On installation day, for which I had to take off another day from work, wouldn't you know that the contractor discovered that the trim board was missing from the items delivered to my house. Fortunately, I was able to provide a detailed receipt showing what I had purchased. The contractor had some trim board on hand and was able to perform the installation. They said they would settle up with Lowe's later and that items not being delivered is a regular occurrence.
I can state emphatically that I will not be using Lowe's for my next -- or any -- home improvement project.

Spend a ton on money here, and every time I deal with Tammy, it's a disappointment in service. She is rude and doesn't help where she should. UPDATE Still, a year later, she is still not a very nice person at this store!

We bought a riding lawn mower, it was delivered early, which was fine but not what we were told we were getting. We called immediately and spoke with Shea, the assistant manager, he was awesome! He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He apologized, since they didn't have what we had already paid for at that store he offered us an upgrade at a discount and applied my husband's military discount. Keep him! This is the way business should be done. I have already told people how great Lowe's and Shea are, and to SHOP LOWE'S!

Lowes purchase was fine. However, Ultimate home services for flooring is the worst company to work with. Run away from any flooring purchase that they do and install via Lowe’s. The associate even said they did not do good work when we stopped in cause UHS cancelled the day they were to arrive, but showed up anyway. Horrible communication, cancelled then showed up without saying they were coming. Floor detail was poor. Overall the floor material was excellent quality, solid Hickory Flooring. But boards throughout were broken by the installers or missed gapped and they could have installed better if they paid attention to detail and just wanted to get done. Seriously the boards I am speaking were poorly installed. I addressed it quickly, but installers don’t speak English or understand and they just move on. Supervisor (Josh) blamed it on the wood quality.? ? The installer broke a jar in our bathroom and took it out of our house thinking we would not notice glass on the floor. (so stole it), I addressed it to all of them and they would not admit they did it and removed from our home. Then after 15 minutes one of them walks back in to my house with it in their hand. They not only broke it they stole it from our home!!! They did not put carpet protector down on our $2000+ carpet runner up the steps even after repeatedly asking them to before they started, which now needs cleaned. Finally after it was filthy they put paper down. They come with no vacuum or cleaning supplies but a broom.
They broke our front door handle (mind you a 3 point locking system lock) on a newly installed Pella 8 panel light front door. I told them to leave the door open and so it would not get banged going in and out with carpet and wood. Now handle on exterior just hangs there. I called supervisor Sarah and Josh both sound like they just sit at home. No one ever comes out for quality inspection. They just brush it off. This is just day one, we still have at least another day of babysitting so things are done correctly, not stolen or broken.
Finally they said the job would only take one day all along. I repeatedly said it is at least 2 days. Which it will be!!
